We enjoyed most of the food we received. The catfish had a lot of bones, but not much meat.The servers may need to review the menus a little more before they serve. We had to ask for several items the menu said came with meal.Server could be more attentive. Overall, I would recommend you give it a try.

Large portion size, fair price, the soup was homemade and pretty good. The fish, half of it was good but salty, half of it was rubbery. They should get the freezer checked out because the icecream was melted. But overall i would recommend giving them a try.

Clean and newly updated interior. Food was great! Waitress was prompt and knew all the information we needed.
Only downfall was that the food took 45 mins to come out of the kitchen.
I appreciate that it was fresh, but there were only two other customers in the place.

Brand Name
Severs were really nice, food had great portions, their pepper soup was good, food was hot, my only complaint was that the Philly beef sandwich had a ton of onions, and the meals were pretty cheep too. Overall great experience

You want a great meal at a great price? Looking for awesome service? You need to check this place out. Off the beaten path, no crowds, just a great little place to eat. I wish it wasn’t 50 miles away or I’d be there weekly but for now, I’m thankful to have found this amazing little family restaurant that I know I’ll be back to again. Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful patient and honest. Dining room was clean, restrooms were clean, just can’t say enough good things about this place!

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food is tasty and portions are large. The senior meals are excellent with several choices of meals and sides aling with a dessert. You can’t beat that.The prices and generous portions of the meals makes it about the best family restaurant and a mom and pop restaurant too. Walkerton people are very lucky to have this place and should support this restaurant

Food is decent, typical diner food. We were the only customers at 1pm on a Saturday. $56 for 2 adults and 1 child to eat basic breakfast no extras. Service was just okay, waitress asked twice if we wanted coffee refills (yes we did) but never actually refilled; was busy chatting with the other employee.

We had our mother’s funeral dinner there. If anyone is having a smaller gathering I recommend this place. They made plenty of food and the price was reasonable. Everyone that ate at the dinner said the food was delicious.
