Well today I happened to stop at Burger King, since it opened a couple of months ago. And despite a lot of the negative reviews that I’ve seen so far.. I had a good day. All the food that I got was hot and fresh. I went through the drive-thru got my order quickly and was able to go in just a few minutes. I know in the fast food business you can have good days and bad days with service, and today was definitely a good day for you guys, I appreciate the work you do.

I love that it was re opened, and that Burger King took it over, they totally turned the whole place around. Quality of the food is better the service is better you don’t have to sit and wait in a Drive-Thru and explain something through the drive-thru speaker and then when you get back up there that the people that used to work there before couldn’t remember what you had and you explain to him what it was plus if you ask for something specific they’ll do it for you. The previous owners or whatever they were would not do that for you they would never get their food right it was always cold hardly any workers in there you go in for your lunch you it’s been 20 minutes to wait to get your food and then when you got your food it was cold it wasn’t made right and nine times out of 10 it wasn’t what you ordered. I just want to say thank you to Burger King for taking over the Leonard Street restaurant. You guys are amazing now don’t go anywhere.. lol

Stopped into the drive-thru this evening 2/6/26. Ordered 7 dbls (2 of those catsup only) and 4 fries. The order was perfect. The fries were hot and the burgers were on point. Staff was bustin ass in there. Thank you BK it was a fabulous dinner.

A difference like the blizzard of ’78 vs June of 2025! The customer service is top tier, the food is always hot and freshly made. My daughter can’t stop ordering tht dang Bacon King meal (& I’ve always loved a good whopper ) and tht means I keep on driving-thru! Lol The woman who works the DT at nights, (Treyviana, I think is her name) is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and if I had my own business, I’d steal her in a heartbeat. Whatever she’s being paid, GIVE HER MORE! Yall do not want to lose her!!! Period.
All I know is, before the shut down, I wouldn’t dare bother my peace with the lack of customer service at this location. I found myself beyond angry trying order food for my daughters just 2 years ago. Set my mind to not ever go back again, and didn’t until they re-opened recently. NOW I happily bring her when she asks because it is a pleasure to pay for the product and outstanding customer service we receive.
Great job to the team at this BK. Keep up the good work!!

I’m at a loss for words when it comes to this place I waited for a burger and asked for it to be well done for like 40 minutes burger was still not well done it was cold I was told that it just came off the boiler that was impossible. They have a manager by the name Corran She has this deep, cold stare, not caring at all she looks very scary and intimidating. If you go there in the morning time, the food is OK but if you go there in the evening time or late at night, the food is straight trash and horrible, you may get poison become very sick….

Was waiting in drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes while I was up to the window the three persons I did see one apparently the Cook, another apparently running the cash register and a female. The female was on her phone continuously doing nothing and they were talking together while customers were waiting others that I have talked to experienced the same thing with extremely slow moving drive-through they need to fire the whole crew and hire persons that care about their job

What Happened to This Place?!
I don’t know what the hell happened to this Burger King, but it’s gone way downhill. Did they switch management or something? Because whoever’s running it now clearly doesn’t care. There used to be this gorgeous young Black woman here who actually knew what she was doing — super friendly, fast, professional, and always made sure my order was right. She had the place looking great, clean, even decorated with candy sometimes. Late nights were actually pleasant because she made customers feel welcome. Now it’s a complete joke. I waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. Twenty. Minutes. For one sandwich. The tables are disgusting, the service is dead slow, and no one seems to give a damn. Leonard used to be one of the worst Burger Kings before it closed, then it came back and finally felt like it was turning around — until now. It’s like we’re right back to the nightmare version again. This location seriously fell off. It’s sad, because it was doing so well. Now it just sucks.

So glad this Burger King reopened! The service is five times better than McDonalds, just a couple blocks down the street, and the food/coffee is an improvement. Banika(one of the Cashier’s) waited on me and really went out of her way to be a help! Real sweetheart!! Thanks!!!!

The parking lot is laid out horrendously with not signs. I pulled up behind a car because I could not find out where the intercom was. I waited for this one car for 20 minutes. I only wanted a Whopper because I have a lady I care for on Hospice who loves them. When I got to the window they refused to serve me and told me to get back in line. I already waited 20 min and there was a line of 3 cars. I had to leave without the whopper for a lady who’s dying. Terrible staff. Very disrespectful.
