This location for me is consistently offering good service with smiles. This morning I came in and staff was all smiles and happy. Always appreciate that in the am.

My husband went inside with our daughter and purchased three drinks while I stayed in the car with our sleeping baby. Afterward, I went inside with my daughter to use the restroom while he stayed with the baby.
As I was walking out, an employee said, “Next time you have to buy something,” and immediately walked into a back room without giving me any opportunity to respond.
When I asked another employee what he meant, I was told a purchase is required to use the restroom. I explained that my husband had just been inside moments earlier with our daughter and purchased three drinks. Instead of addressing that, both employees responded with dismissive nodding, smiling, and eye-rolling.
This was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner toward a paying customer. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic respect were unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience.

Staff here is absolutely fantastic!!! Everyday I come in, welcomed by name and my drink order ready to scan. Their store manager, Carla sets the service expectation with her team by being the example. Keep up the great service!!

My first ever bad starbucks experience. I stopped here while traveling. It was really early and I had just driven from the airport. I gave the barista my order. She was very friendly initially. I ordered an iced drink but it was made hot. I asked if she could redo my order. She was upset and said you said hot. At this point it is clear there was miscommunication. She made my drink and it was horrible. Unfortunately I was back on the road and couldn’t request a refund. Nevertheless I did not have coffee that morning. If I had to guess it was done on purpose.

I’ve never been waiting too long for my drink like today, I completely understand that was kind of rush time, but when me and my family got there wasn’t that bad, it just a few people inside, couple minutes after we placed 1 more order, then we seen people coming and go, despite that i got my first 2 item we waited and asked for my third once, twice, they said they was working on it, while y they just laughed, 20 min after finally got it, but we give up on the 2nd order and we left,

UPDATE: I STILL feel this way about this location !! They have consistent great, Friendly, speedy service by all !!! Never out of cold brew like another location in Lake Ridge.
This is one of my favorite local Starbucks. FRIENDLY service and yet professional. They are quick and accurate when making the orders. Small location but gives nice friendly, welcoming to all vibe. Often see folks working and holding meetings here…love the community feel which is an accomplishment given that it NOT near any residential areas !! In fact..location is great if your heading g onto 95 N/S !!
