Very cheap prices. My husband comes here just for the chicken livers. He gets a 12 piece order and 2 rolls for 4 dollars. The other prices are very cheap. It is always busy at this location. The drive thru is close to the road so you hang out. It is also an out of date building and decor but the food is still good.

This place has went downhill. As far as the customer service. Forget it they don’t know what that is. The lady that takes the orders is soooo rude. And don’t let me get started on the portion for the sides. I ordered a $25 family meal, and it looks like the sides are for a 3 year old. I will not be going back there at all. Brookshires has better chicken than Chick a No Deal-ly. That is not a deal at all……

Definitely do not recommend this place no longer. Their service is ridiculously rude and snobby. The last 5 times I’ve ate there my food was great only once. But what’s more disappointing the most is waiting for 30 minutes for fish.
Which the fish we had ordered the 4pc. was 25$ for two plates and they didn’t come with drinks just fish and fries. The first NO!! and then the rude lady delivers it to the wrong customer.
I watched the whole thing. The rude lady got the food back and returned it inside the store. Since I seen it all I walked in to demand a refund after I seen the young black guy re sack it and attempt to hand it off to me!! No Sir no Chef Ernesto. Let’s make this public!!

Too bad chick-a-dilly has only 4 stores. Too bad chick-a-dilly can’t compete with the big chicken companies. Too bad chick-a-dilly wont think twice about modernizing their selfs. Chick-a-dilly isn’t what it used to be 40+ years ago.

Chicken is about the best you can get in EDorado atmosphere is horrible because it has not been remodeled since probably before I was born in 1976 with parking being disastorous. Service is fine considering the fact that the worker look like their soul has been sucked out of them with and them trying to calculate how much of there life has been wasted while still managing to say thank you
