They have these great pictures of loaded sandwiches. I’ve never been here because I’m not big on fast food but decided I could get down on a fat cheese steak sandwich just to be disappointed by this pathetic thing… Won’t be back.

The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.
The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!

Our Philly CS was empty. Like they’re on a budget. Just a little bit of steak inside the bread and cheese. No onions or bell peppers. Waited so long for it, just ate the steak n bread sammich. I even paid extra for large fries. Seemed like a medium. We’ll stick to eating at the PX from now on. Always fresh and plentiful.

The boneless chicken was sitting in the fryer done for who knows how long

My family and I are here on the Lackland Air Force Base and my son Airman Hill suggested we ate here great great place we order 2 philly combos chicken strips kid meal and extra fry and only spent $37 and change. Everything was made to order fresh and hot. I ate the food before I could take a pic trust me I tell you it was delicious!!

Awesome workers. They have great customer service, especially that guy that works nightshift on weekdays, he’s funny. Also the other food around us were saying they were already close when it wasn’t even an hour before their closing time but this place followed the store hours. Awesome place!
