I stopped at the Cracker Barrel in St. George at closing time after a long day on the road, and I was blown away by the experience. Even though they were getting ready to shut down, the staff welcomed me in without hesitation. My server went above and beyond—she made sure I never felt rushed, gave me all the time I needed, and still provided amazing service.
The chicken fried steak was absolutely delicious—comfort food at its best—and everything came out hot and fresh. The whole staff had a great attitude, which says a lot considering it was the end of a long shift. The cherry on top? They handed me a lemonade to take with me for the final 5-hour stretch to San Diego.
This was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had on the road. Great food, even better hospitality. Highly recommend this location!

This was next to the supercharger and to save time, I grabbed a bite and ate it in the car. Service was a bit slow, but ultimately, the food was a good deal and the smoke from the lady to handed over the food made me feel good on the way out. It never hurts to honestly just lean into customer service. If everyone from the gal who took my order to the lady who misspelled my name 5 times when trying to sign up for the rewards program did it, I would have easily given the place 5 stars. I know it’s not their fault. They’ve got other things going on, but top down management can help their entire team feel chipper. I’ve seen it. Not complaining, just explaining how to get 5 stars, if that’s a priority.

We got to know about Cracker Barrel from a YouTube series in Singapore.. so decided to have a meal after our Zion National Park in Utah visit during our visit on 16 June 2025..
The food was awesome, warmth ambience and the meal portions were more than sufficient for the 4 of us..

Came for my husband birthday! Somehow this was our first time. We couldn’t pass up the breakfast!
I ordered mommas French toast which was delicious. I got scrambled eggs which were cooked perfectly and sausage which was very dry, I wasn’t a fan.
Everyone else at our table enjoyed their foods as well. The men in my party wished for bigger portions.

First time visiting a Cracker Barrel and can see why people love it. Comfort food is so good. We tried the Hamburger Steak and Trio sampler plate. Kids meals have good options and at a decent price.
We’ll most likely eat here again (looking forward to their Friday special fried fish and shrimp).

Me and my girlfriend came in to get a late breakfast and was convenient that they do an all day breakfast. I ordered their French toast & chicken, and also got a variety of other things. Even being super busy it was only a 15 minute wait and were seated pretty quick. Heather was our waiter and was also efficient at getting food / drinks served in a timely manner. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid restaurant! They also have a unique gift shop with lots of cool things if you need to kill some time before they call you table

This was my first and possibly last visit to any Cracker Barrel restaurant. We arrived and it was about a fifteen minute wait for a table. After about ten minutes we were seated. We looked over the menu, ordered, and waited for about 45 minutes until our food was served. The service was very slow and we had to ask multiple times for drink refills.
The portion sizes were very poor. The chicken breasts were as expected, but a side of fries had about nine fries in it. The cooked carrots were about as expected.
For fifteen dollars I could have got a much better value at Chili’s with roughly the same quality in food.
For as much trouble as this meal was, I can say it wasn’t worth it, and I don’t think until be back to any Cracker Barrel in the future.

A fun old southern style chain. They have a great store that has a lot of fun things to buy including old candies and a variety of unique sodas. They also have quilts and home decor but, be warned, they also have modern toys for kids so they may start to beg!
The food was great and, although they had haddock (my favorite fish), that was breaded wonderfully, the fillet was thin and kinda chewy. The country fried steak, biscuits and gravy and all the sides were incredible! Breakfast is always fantastic here too.
The loaded baked potato is great and worth the upgrade in price but the bacon Mac and cheese is not. The hash brown casserole is excellent!
