The atmosphere is warm, polished, and perfect for a nice dinner out. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and very welcoming from start to finish.
I started with a bottle of Flowers Pinot Noir from their wine list, which was fantastic and paired perfectly with the meal.
For appetizers, I ordered the Fried Deviled Eggs with house giardiniera, nduja sausage, and 1000 Island. This dish was incredibly creative and packed with flavor. I also had the General Tso’s Pork Belly with stir-fried vegetables, which was phenomenal — crispy, tender pork belly with a perfectly balanced sauce.
For the main course I had the Hand Made Tagliatelle Pasta with bolognese and Grana Padano. The pasta was clearly fresh and the bolognese was rich, comforting, and beautifully prepared.
To finish dinner I ordered the chocolate mousse, which was smooth, decadent, and the perfect dessert to end the meal.
Late Harvest Kitchen is easily one of the best restaurants in Indianapolis. Between the quality of the food, the thoughtful menu, great wine selection, and excellent service, it’s a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dinner in the city.
Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning.

My wife and I went there a couple of nights ago. They were fully packed, except for two open seats at the bar. I usually enjoy eating in the bar area of a restaurant anyway, so we took those seats.
The bartender/server on duty was this wonderful gentleman named Dee Sanders. I truly have never seen anyone in a restaurant that worked as hard as he did or was as conscientious about providing the best customer satisfaction possible. I was totally blown away.
So if you get a chance to go to this restaurant and have a chance to sit in the bar area, it will definitely be worth your while!
I obviously should say something about the quality of the food. It was over the top too! Amazing and delicious.
Our server was Kate… I think. She was pleasant and attentive and made our dining experience warm. The food service was fast and that made our tummies warm. The food was great! We ordered several starters to enjoy. We had the foie gras and blueberry pancakes – interesting combination but surprisingly works well together. So tasty. We also had the caviar pie, deviled eggs, and fish dumplings. For our main course, we shared the whole rainbow trout with a medley of vegetables. Everything was delicious. It was an amazing impromptu Valentine’s meal.
The restaurant is beautiful decorated and would definitely impress for a first date. But, before I give you my review, let me start by saying in all fairness I had just attended a birthday celebration at nearby restaurant and I wasn’t hungry. So here it is…
We enjoyed the elected complementary breads served with whipped butter. We ordered the shrimp ravioli and braised short ribs. I don’t eat pork or beef but my sister said the the ribs were tender, flavorful and well seasoned. Her only gripe was one of the three ribs were a little fatty. But that didn’t stop her. She cut the fat away and devoured her food. As for the ravioli the pasta was too al dente for me and overall an underwhelming dish. But, the fried deviled eggs…
I was apprehensive when my sister ordered the fried doubled eggs as an appetizer but wow! They were lightly battered, slightly crispy on the outside, and silky-smooth on the inside. My palate danced with every bite. They were definitely by far the star of my dining experience.
House made bread is available upon request. They are all delicious. The Sunflower Crunch salad is delicious. Unfortunately there aren’t too many vegetarian starters. The North African Tajine is good too.
The portion sizes were a bit small for the price and the Tajine could do with some vegetarian protein and some sauce or gravy for the couscous to soak in some flavors.
