We love The Notch! Great food, great beer, great views, great atmosphere. If you go in the summer, I highly recommend sitting outside up top, it’s so pretty! And going in the winter, it is so cozy inside with the fireplace going and a log cabin feel! Food wise, I recommend the pulled pork nachos, that BBQ is amazing!! And the wings are delicious!

Great pub! They have plenty of seating inside and outside with a rooftop patio with umbrellas. The food was great as well.

This is seriously a fun, awesome place. We went here recently on our way to Mirror Lake, and it was so delicious, we’re planning on coming back next Sunday JUST to eat here. It’s a one hour drive for us, totally worth it though. The nachos are different but SUPER good. That BBQ sauce is STUPID good. We would buy a bottle of it if they sold it. Great service, cool outdoor area, one of the few GREAT bars of Utah.

The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is friendly for the most part. That being said the food is overpriced and was underwhelming. Bison burger was dry, wings were like jerky and the Philly seemed as though the meat had been in a freezer and had a freezer burn taste.
Would be a cool place to grab a beer and watch a game for just for Dining there are better options.

Our family favorite when we visit Mirror Lake. Service is always friendly and prompt. Food is excellent. We especially love the smoked ribs and wings, and of course, the GOAT burger. The new covered patio seating is awesome!

Stopped in for lunch after a hike on the Beaver Creek trail.

Cozy atmosphere with delicious food. Every camping, fishing, or christmas tree hunting adventure HAS to end with a meal at the Notch. Pies are HOME MADE by the owners wife and always worth the stop.
