Very nice quiet spot with some outside seating. I ordered the tempura udon, veggie sushi roll and tofu poke bowl and all the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Very fast service. Serving size wasn’t particularly big for price but nevertheless tasted good. Has 1-2 vegetarian option per type of food.

If you’re looking for a great Japanese restaurant, I highly recommend Nobori!
I tried the teriyaki and tempura bento, which had a wonderful variety of ingredients, allowing me to experience many different flavors. The teriyaki was tender and sweet, while the tempura was crispy, and the portion sizes were generous. Everything was fantastic!
If you’re looking to try something new, I also recommend the agedashi tofu. The tofu was soft on the inside with a delicate, crispy coating on the outside, and the special sauce made it absolutely delicious.
The sashimi, sushi, and salmon poke were incredibly fresh. Both the fish and vegetables were top-notch, and the poke came with a sauce that added extra flavor, making it even better.
Be sure to try the cucumber salad and plain udon as well. The udon was clean and flavorful, and the cucumber salad was refreshing and light, offering a perfect balance to the other dishes.
In addition to the dishes I recommend, there are many other menu items to enjoy, so feel free to explore! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and there’s parking available, which makes it convenient. Whether you prefer dining in or taking your food to go, I definitely recommend visiting Nobori!

Everything was perfect—the price, the taste, and the atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly kind and perfect in every way. I usually can’t eat seafood unless it’s very fresh, but every dish here was exceptionally fresh. Even my kids enjoyed the food a lot. We plan to visit this place regularly!

Absolutely the best Japanese food in Shire, without a doubt! The sashimi is incredibly fresh, and the tempura is on another level – truly exceptional. We loved it so much that we’ve gone two weeks in a row and are already planning our return next week. We’re so happy to finally have such a fantastic restaurant right here in our area!

Very happy with my experience. We had lunch and the donburi and bento choices are very plentiful. Open seating and small area detracts a little as pretty much all open areas. I will come back often!

Best Japanese takeaway I’ve had in the Sutherland Shire! The presentation is so well done as a takeaway order. There were so many different little tasty treats hidden within this Sushi Bento Box. Every piece was delicious and well presented. Felt so well looked after despite being away from the restaurant. I will definitely try the Katsu Bento Box in store, the photos of it look so cool! Looking forward to trying more of your menu in the future. Thank you for bringing such delicious food to the Sutherland Shire
