Now offering indoor and outdoor seating and a NEW Ice and Bait Shop. Come see us at our new location just across the boat basin parking lot from our previous site. We are next to the Port Office in the Charleston Marina. Casual and friendly great seafood, chowder and burgers at a very modest price. Also recently added and current “best sellers” are fish tacos and calamari tacos. We make all of our sauces, tartar, cocktail, calamari sauce that goes well with the calamari and the tacos, as well as a lime cilantro sauce that’s great on the tacos and salads. Hope we get to meet you. Best fish n chips around and were told everyday that our chowder is “the best”.

Thought it was great!
Stopped through for some clam chowder and the fam got their family platter that included a handful of items. The platter was a lot of food.
Thought the bread bowl of chowder was a little overpriced for how much chowder you end up with and wished I’d have got just got a bowl so I ended up with more chowder. Next time
The platter had fried shrimp, oysters, clams and cod and also came with fries and a small bowl of chowder. A decent amount of food, really. The shrimp and clams were very good, didn’t try the other items.
We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

OMG – Outstandingly MMMM Good. I tried visiting when driving through town 2 years ago and unfortunately they were closed. Going through again and I lucked out. Got to try both the fish and shrimp tacos. They offer two different sauces. Both are amazing and can’t go wrong either way. So delicious. I also had their award winning clam chowder. It’s a bit pricey but it is worth it in my opinion. It’s the best I’ve had. Make sure to plan your trip to include this place. Note: They are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. And open up at 10am and close at 4pm Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Friday and Saturday until 7pm. I will definitely be finding a way to get back here some day.

We ate lunch here one day and it so wonderful that we came back the next day at 10 am so we could eat again before we had to leave town. (It’s lunch o’clock somewhere, right ). The staff are so kind and friendly and the food, needless to say, is fresh and delicious! There is indoor seating on picnic tables or an area with table and chairs.
On Day one we had two fish tacos and two shrimp tacos. The Baja sauce is creamy with a mild zip -yummy! The cilantro lime sauce also creamy and mild -also tasty. Also had a bowl of clam chowder and it definitely lived up to expectations based on the rave reviews. On day two we had fish and chips and fried prawns -all melt-in-your-mouth fresh! Lightly battered and cooked to perfection. The Cole slaw was a delightful surprise, light on the mayo and a little dill in the mix, cabbage fresh and crunchy. As I mentioned all staff are friendly. The owner, Kathy, took time to come out and ask about our meal and experience.
We had already been traveling the coast for a few days and were quite disappointed in some of the seafood restaurants that were had visited, the food being mediocre at best. Monkey Business sets the bar high and we look forward to coming back in the future.

The crispy Baja fish tacos are delicious! Calamari tacos are just as good too. Love that they use a flour tortilla instead of corn. I look forward to eating here anytime we head over to the beach. Service is always amazing! Anytime you go you’re greeted by the owner who treats you like family, she is so sweet. Food isn’t really that great in Coos Bay but I can honestly say this is the best food in town. We always get the chicken strips for my babies and we love them too.

Had the shrimp tacos absolutely one of the best taco’s I’ve had ever..The waiting staff was absolutely on point. This place around 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon was pretty busy and I understand why.
Now, for the clam chowder..

The food was great and the service was excellent and genuine! The bathrooms were very clean. The burgers, clam strips, and fry sauce were great! The clam chowder and fish tacos were outstanding! I cannot say enough about the friendly staff! There were many clams in the chowder!

This place is so good! Definitely feels like a family-run spot and the food is mouthwateringly delicious and fresh (I got the fish sandwich and fries with Baja sauce). The moment you walk in you’ll hear “welcome in! Thanks for being here!” All of the staff working were kind and helpful. I got my food to-go, but it’s also has a really cute set up to sit down and eat there. Can’t wait to go back next weekend!

I had my mind set on the fish tacos which are always the best, but I noticed today they have a Cuban sandwich so I thought I’d try it.
Holy smokes, people; I’m not necessarily an expert on this sandwich but I will almost always try it if I see it on a menu and I can tell you, in my humble opinion, this is probably the BEST Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. I regret not taking a picture of it. Plenty big. Tons of fresh shredded pork, real ham and the best combination of sweet pickles and Dijon mustard ever. Honestly all the food here is great but man, this was on a whole other level. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
