Was there today for lunch that was a reunion and birthday lunch for an 87 year old friend who traveled from out of state to be with family and friends. I’ve eaten here many times and the food and atmosphere were great as usual, but the server was kind and very attentive. When former Louisiana residents come home they always want to eat at the best places and I was was delighted to introduce her to BB Willow Grove! Over the years I’ve probably eaten nearly everything on the menu. This time I had the tomato basil soup and the seared tuna appetizer. Yum! I think that’s the best tomato basil soup in town!

Great little place! Everything on the menu was tempting, so choosing was a challenge. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive (a big plus these days). The food was spectacular. We are disappointed we’ve missed out and hadn’t tried it sooner. We’ll be back and try some other menu items. ❤️

I ordered the Pot Roast Creole today to go because I was pressing for time. I was craving this for 3 days. Of course, the food was amazing and did not disappoint! This dish consists of tender pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes with Creole gravy, and fresh green beans. The meat bursts with juice and so much flavor. Every dish cooked to perfection. Might I add, they have the best carrot souffle in town. Hands down! I have to have a side, every time!
I also would recommend their Debris Blue Cheese Chips! OMG!

Went here today for lunch and it was a pleasant experience. Service was good, priced reasonably with good portions and overall good experience. Ordered the shrimp and grits, chicken avocado but and hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was good my only complaint is that the grits weren’t hot and we asked for no tomato on the blt, but it still came out with tomatoes on it. Other than that, everything was nice!

Consistently good food! Love this place and their salads are amazing. Tuna and/or blackened shrimp are regulars. Great place to chill out after work. Good vibe, clean, friendly staff, awesome bar, convenient location. Highly recommend!

You have to try the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. I ordered it with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both of the sides were also cooked exceptionally well. The bleu Mac and cheese was too bleu cheesy so I didn’t like it, but that’s a personal preference. We also got drinks off the happy hour menu and they were delicious. The server was really attentive and when we went we were able to have the whole restaurant to ourselves because it was after the lunch rush. The salmon alone is worth the visit.

First time here, my husband and I enjoyed it. The salmon was so flavorful, right along with the veggies that came with it. My husband has the back of house chicken and he enjoyed it. Their drinks are on point and the chips and cheese are good. Everything was hot and came out quickly

Nice lunch experience! Didn’t have to wait long, considering. The hostess and waitress were ok, but our waitress could have volunteered more info on her own after posed questions. Ordered a cup of the Corn and Seafood Bisque along with the NOLA BBQ Shrimp Poboy. Both were pretty good! I felt like the Sweet Potato Frites lacked flavor/salt a bit but doable. Portion-to-cost ratio was reasonable. We had an order of the Gingerbread Bread Pudding for dessert. It wasn’t what I expected for bread pudding and was very thick and dense. Somehow it still was slightly moist though and was served with a dollop of ice cream on top. Unless it was just my piece (or because it was the end) I wouldn’t order it. I was excited to, but that ended quickly. I recommend giving this place a shot! I want to go again myself to try different dishes and/or the dinner menu.

I’ll start off saying I have always gone here and have always been a big fan up until recently. Last night I thought let’s give this place another try so my husband and I went last night for dinner. I ordered the tuna with the Asian glaze and my husband ordered the burger. We also ordered the spinach dip and enjoyed it! But when my meal came my tuna was still pretty raw (I know that’s common for tuna but it wasn’t to my liking) the presentation was terrible with the sauce splattered on the plate. I let the waitress know and they sent it back to get cooked more. In the meantime my husband received his burger and enjoyed it. When I got the tuna back it looked terrible. The rice was hard and the sauce was jelly like and burnt (pictured below) tasted and looked terrible for a $20 meal. They did take the tuna off the ticket.. especially because at that point dinner was over. NOW here’s the part that made me really want to write this review. As soon as we left my husband started feeling sick and has been sick all day throwing up, etc (if you know what I mean) the burger messed him up. So disappointed.
