This was not actually my first exposure to Jersey Mike’s, but it was my first time placing an order myself—and it certainly won’t be my last.
On December 31, 2025, while delivering a Kroger order to a customer, they happened to be hosting a lunch party catered by Jersey Mike’s. After finishing the delivery, they kindly offered me lunch. I tried both a turkey sub and a roast beef sub, and both were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well made. That experience alone made a strong impression and put Jersey Mike’s on my list to try personally.
Today, Thursday, January 8, 2026, I decided to stop in and order for myself. I chose the Mike’s Philly sub, and it exceeded expectations. It was hot, well-seasoned, generously portioned, and full of flavor from the first bite to the last.
Based on multiple experiences now, I can confidently say Jersey Mike’s delivers quality, consistency, and great-tasting food. I believe I’ve found my new go-to sub shop, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier sandwich.

I love Jersey Mike’s! The subs are always super fresh and packed with flavor. Getting it “Mike’s Way” is a must — the oil, vinegar, and spices just make the sandwich perfect. The bread is soft, the meats are sliced right in front of you, and the portions are generous. The staff at this location were friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. The owners Jason and Stacey are so sweet, this is exactly what Westland needs! Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving a good sub!

Absolutely outstanding subs! These guys make them look exactly like the picture and they are consistent too! I get the #13 miles way, side of jalapeños. I highly recommend this store because they are the best place to get subs anywhere in the area. It’s clean and the ppl behind the counter are friendly. Please stop by and try one, you won’t be sorry.

We are regular Jersey Mike customers and were excited when this one opened as there really isn’t another location nearby. Initially it was great, but the attention to detail has definitely gone downhill. The last two times we ordered it was online for pickup and both times there were a lot of mistakes. One so bad I went back. Yes they did make them again but come-on, the order is clearly printed. The next time, same sub, same modifications. They got the meat right but didn’t add ANY of the other toppings, pickle, banana peppers, red peppers, juice on the side. Again, online ordering makes it pretty simple, all you need to do is follow what is indicated. VERY frustrating when you drive there and all the way home and the order is wrong. Do better

I went into the restaurant, placed an order and the brown skin African American woman was extremely rude. I asked for two regular #9s and she made one regular and one mini. I informed her that I didn’t order that and she started going off about how she can’t wait until 5 PM so that she can get off.. She continued to speak aggressively over my food so I left and went to another location. Although this location is down the street from my office, we will not be returning and will drive to Middlebelt for food.
