❤️ Wow! What a sweet, cozy and inviting cafe! Love love love! Coffee was delicious, my breakfast sandwich was to die for and the staff was SO SO kind! I wish I lived closer, I would be there everyday. Highly highly recommend this charming place! ❤️

Very well done coffee shop/eatery. The decor in a former Bank was absolutely gorgeous and the vibe is exactly what I was looking for. The rubber meets the road, though, on whether or not the food and coffee were good, and here they excelled! Great ranch dressing, my salad was huge! The coffee was amazing as well. Highly highly recommend! What a gift this place is to the town of Centerville!

I got 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning and they were great. The sauce included was also really tasty. I would definitely come back if I’m passing through town again, the employees were very friendly as well.

I LOVE the Seed! Honestly one of the reasons I moved to Centerville! It’s so nice to have a welcoming space to meet people, drink amazing coffee and eat really good food! My favorites are the Turkey Avocado Sandwich and either an iced Americano or Iced Mommy!

The best turkey bacon avocado this side of… the world? I travel for work and eat at many places and still I think this tiny, overlookable town has the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Worth driving to. Can’t forget it. I’m going again tomorrow.
