Living in Miami, we’re always looking for places to take a short trip, and this time thanks to a social media post, we decided to give this one a try. Our arrival couldn’t have been better, as our electric vehicle was running low on battery and we were pleasantly surprised to find charging stations right in the restaurant’s parking lot.
As soon as we arrived, we were taken to our table, which we should mention we had reserved on our way there. We were lucky enough to be served by Versace, a friendly waitress who always greeted us with a smile.
We got there right around sunset, and honestly, the view alone is worth the drive. We ordered several cocktails, piña colada, craft beers, and a variety of appetizers, and I can assure you each one was better than the last. Someone in our group ordered fish and also mentioned it was excellent.
To top it all off, the entire afternoon was accompanied by a guitarist playing super pleasant music at a perfect volume, loud enough to enjoy the songs, but quiet enough to still carry on a conversation. I believe they’ve managed to offer everything a visitor looks for in one single place. Congratulations!

I had a really great experience at Marker 88. The sangria was refreshing and full of flavor, and the tuna nachos were absolutely delicious. They were fresh and had a great combination of textures and taste.
The rice bowl also stood out. The rice had a nice flavor, and the chicken was very tasty and cooked well. Everything in the bowl worked well together and made for a satisfying meal.
I also tried the crispy fish, which was very good. It had a nice crunch on the outside and was flavorful on the inside.
Overall, the food was excellent and we really enjoyed our meals. We would definitely come back again

The pizza was meh, not sure they need to leave that on the menu. 2 out of 5.
For the Mahi Mahi fajitas now those were amazing. 5 stars. They serve it with roti instead of tortillas and the sauces are on point. I could over eat these everytime.
The key lime pie was good, I would put it in the top 5 I have had. It definitely was tart and not overly sweet. The crust is delicious.
The highlight of this place is the location and the view. Its on the water and plenty of parking even though you may have to walk a bit.

Very busy! Very delicious food and fabulous drinks! Cute shirts! One of my favorite places here. More upscale than some, so dress cute! Beautiful atmosphere overlooking the ocean. Docking available, not sure if dogs are welcome.

Marker 88 is one of those classic Florida Keys spots where the setting is just as memorable as the meal. You’re right on the water in Islamorada, with palm-lined views and that laid-back island vibe, and the food is consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. Try to time your visit for sunset hours: watching the sky light up over the bay while you’re eating makes the whole experience feel like a dream.

Marker 88 exceeded every expectation! We brought in mutton snapper, mahi mahi, and tuna, and they turned it into an unforgettable meal. The Catch Your Cook option is such a cool experience, and the blackened and fried preparations were equally delicious. The house sauces took everything over the top! The tuna nachos were a huge hit at the table too. Alissa gave us top-notch service — so friendly and attentive. The food looked stunning when it came out, and it tasted even better. Truly a 10/10 experience!

The restaurant is very laid back and relaxed. Walking in no one was there to really seat us… so we found a table but then after the waitress showed up and everything started to go very well. I loved both our meals and almost wish I had my wife’s meal with the lobster linguine. The key lime pie at the end was excellent.

Great place for a bite or drinks on the water! We shared a bunch of apps that were all tastey! The Jerk chick flatbread was my favorite! Our server was great and the food came relatively quickly. Bring a jacket or sweater if you go later in the day, it was a chilly day to begin with and it was windy. Definitely a stop worth making!

We came for an early dinner in the afternoon for our wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day. We made a reservation and was early. They seated us at the best table Our server was great and food was so good. This place made our day with great food and service. And music was playing on the beach as well. Thank you

I went to this restaurant yesterday on my vacation from London. It wasn’t a planned visit – i was hungry and was looking on Google for a nice spot in the keys not too far away from where we were driving that had a good view. The photos sold it but when we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. Our server was Roxy and she was so sweet and polite to us for our whole time there – it was the best service I had in my two weeks in Miami/Florida and we went to some really nice places. She gave great recommendations, not even in the restaurant but even local spots in case we had time to try them out. She genuinely seemed happy to be there and be serving us and it was honestly such a nice experience for us. The food was amazing (I had the grouper, and the da crunch salad) both I couldn’t fault at all and the coconut margarita might possibly be the nicest drink i’ve ever had! The view was also beautiful and i can only imagine what this spot is like in high season. We could have stayed all day and when we go back to Miami we will definitely return. But I wanted to mainly leave this review because unfortunately it’s rare these days to come across servers with such a positive and genuinely friendly attitude like Roxy (ours is super premium restaurants) and I just wanted to say thank you for making our meal so lovely
