You charge $9 for ice cream and then give it to me not filled up all the way…not once but 3 times while trying to make me fill bad for only wanting what I paid for. This business practice is becoming the norm and its getting old. I can’t imagine the number of people ripped off by this business practice. Zoey helped us today and the 5 stars are honestly for her. She was so kind and so helpful. And when I forgot to add my rewards she fixed it for me. This has honestly not been my number one place that I enjoy going mostly due to workers calling items by different names and charging different prices for the same thing When they call it by a different name (which might be because it’s a different price when they call it something different) But we would come back to see Zoey! There are so many delicious options! I got the Mint Cookie Concrete. I absolutely loved it. Being a mint chocolate fan…this one had the right amount of oreo, mint flavor, and vanilla custard. The hubby got the Bootdaddy and he enjoyed it so much that I did not hear a peep from him until he finished it all. Lol! I tasted the Bootdaddy and it was a perfectly blended vanilla custard with oreo, caramel, and hot fudge. We are now fans!

Andy’s is a great place to hang out and get your frozen custards. There is a drive-thru but the better experience is to order at the walk up windows and eat your custard outside. There is no interior. Strawberry shortcake seems to be a very popular order at the moment.

It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth the occasional treat, because it is soooo good. The Key Lime Pie concrete is absolutely amazing & the Peaches & cream concrete has the biggest pieces of peach we had ever seen in ice cream. We have never had a bad experience here.

We drove a distance just to get Andy’s because we love the ice cream. But…. When we order a large (always a Ozark Turtle Sundae) we only get our cups filled to barely over a half . Theses pictures are from 5/8/22 . We took my mother n law who had never been there for a Mother’s Day treat . We didn’t even get cherries on top. Please correct!!!

$9 for ice cream “blended” with toppings and it’s solid soft serve on the bottom half, cookie butter in one spot, and missing a good bit in the cup… asked if they could be blended better and she just stared at us blankly before saying she can’t take them back. She’d have to throw them away and remake them… and then just stared at us.. very disappointed and I was so excited to try the biscoff concrete.
