“Paleta” means popsicle in Spanish. And popsicles they have in a wild variety of flavors and flavor combos. The crazy dips and toppings are beautifully layered on these great pops. Location is right there on the main drag through Espagnola on the same side as the El Paisano supermarket and Walgreens. Super clean, cool (welcome in this hot weather) refreshing and lovely service. They have lots of variations that I’ll be back to try another time !

My daughter and I came in to try the paleta bar for the first time. The employees and owner were very friendly and helpful. They even let my daughter try a sample before she ordered. At checkout my card was declined I was so embarrassed. But the sweet sweet owner covered the bill so we could try it we will be coming back for sure lifetime customers . I 100 percent recommend this place.

Our first visit was great and decided to make it a regular stop. Have been there twice since then and the place was dirty!! Both times there were very few flavors to choose from and took a niece today for a treat and they were closed at 2 pm!! Ridiculous!! Will not be going back! The franchise in Santa Fe is great! I hate to have to take my money out of my beautiful valley but this franchise owner needs to pay attention to his business. Very sad

I absolutely love the paleta bar. Everyone is always friendly when we are there, the selections are always available, and it’s always super clean. The reason why I am giving a 1 star rating is because it’s never open. No matter what time you call or go in person, during the weekdays or weekends, I always find that its closed. It’s super iritating since it’s one of the only great places in Española to get ice cream.
