Ordered an iced cappuccino which I order almost everyday. This cup looked and tasted like milk. I asked if this had two shots of espresso and they said cappuccino only brings one shot. I don’t even think the put a full shot, maybe half a shot of espresso. I hate that every time I come here, depending on who makes the cappuccino it’s always different. There is no consistency. Today I paid $6 for milk and ice. Disappointed and the employees should really learn how to make the drinks and also try to satisfy the customer.

This Dunkin is by far ahead of the rest in every category there is. They have fresh Donuts all day everyday, some places don’t even have product after 7pm. The drive thru is top notch.

Only two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter didn’t feel like answering questions and was very dismissive. Asked her about the new cookie butter cold brew. Again, not a care in the world for anything. I ordered it regardless and it was gross. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless the person that made it just didn’t do a good job.

Went to DDat 9:15 pm to get some donuts and the girl said they threw everything out . I told her the sign says they close at 10pm why throw it out since it was 9:15. She said oh well that what we decided to do. Very rude

This Dunkin’ needs to get a new faster worker there is only one older men working not only is he slow but English is bad and being Argumentative with the customer does not help either Who owns this branch you need to do better this worker needs to do better. Poor customer service all around.

My milkshake was good. I also ordered munchkins but the Indian guy’s customer service wasn’t that great. He wouldn’t let me finish speaking when I was telling him what I wanted, he sounded agitated when taking my order. And to top it off, when I opened the box, I was greeted by a dead fly on the inside of the box. I had to go back and get another batch. He threw the munchkins and the box out in front of me so I’ll give him that. He didnt apologize but tried to make an excuse as to why the fly was in the box. And he also said he gave me extra munchkins, however he didn’t give me all of the flavors of munchkins I had asked him for, once again probably bc he was in a rush to get rid of customers (even though at this time I was the last one there). So the extra munchkins didn’t really do anything for me. I personally would’ve preferred to get my money back but my sister insisted on keeping the good batch of munchkins.
