The Baseline
The Baseline: For fast-casual Asian food the flavors need to be authentic, the portions have to be properly sized, and the restaurant must be comfortable and stylish.
Food: The size, selection, flavor, and quality of the ingredients were okay but I wasn’t feeling the Asian flavors. I had to add sauces to make it work better. This is an easy lunch spot for surrounding offices to get a quick Asian inspired meal. This place hits the baseline but I was hoping for more.
Service: The staff is friendly and the service was efficient.
Atmosphere: Fast and casual restaurant with a fun atmosphere. I really liked the large President Teddy Roosevelt quote on the wall. Bathroom was clean.

We arrive here 10pm bcoz it says it closes at 11pm. But the guy said sorry we’re close. You better update your operating hours here. So we do not have to waste our time

I’ve gone here twice now. Both times the food was exceptionally disappointing.
The garlic noodles were an oily mess. The fried rice was overcooked. The fried chicken had no flavor. The bulgogi fries were overly sweet. Finally, the chashu, egg, and nori breakfast sandwich was interesting, but I would hesitate to call it good.
The only good things I can say about the place is the prices are incredible and the staff is nice.

The food is so tasty and affordable . All of the staff are super sweet. They operate a duo-business with the coffee shop inside . A Thai tea boba is a must have . They also have so many options to choose from. If it’s busy they have kiosks that you can order and pay at but I’ve never had an issue with getting my food timely .

The food was delicious and affordable! They have a lot of options to choose from the menu. I tried their Bulgogi Fried Rice and Garlic noodles. Ambiance is great with indoor and patio dining area. The staff are very friendly too. 10/10!

BEWARE!!! I ordered the garlic noodles with bulgogi online to pick up in store. The food was NOT fresh, the beef and noodles were dry. I tried to doctor the food up with seasoning and it was still terrible. A few hours later I got an upset stomach. My assumption is that I got 2-days old worth of food and they just reheated it in a microwave. Don’t waste your money here.

When we first arrived it was very cold. (All the doors were open.)No one came to greet us or take our order, we had to order on a kiosk machine. There was no hospitality, nothing to make you want to come back. And I believe my family and I could cook a better meal. The machine even had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip!? We had to get our own water, utensils, and condiments. (THERE WAS NO NAPKINS?!) When our food arrived it was mediocre at best! My grandpa and I had rice bowls (meal) the vegetables were cold and I got one piece of broccoli?! Then my cousin and grandma had Pad Thai bowls, which didn’t even taste like Pad Thai (it tasted like orange marmalade!) The only good thing we could take away from our experience was that the water was refreshing. Overall don’t waste your time or hard earned money!

This place is by far the best under $10 restaurant in Los Angeles area. The food is excellent. The service is quick and wonderful. The place is clean and nice. You couldn’t do better for lunch anywhere and I’m not saying for the price. The portions are large it comes to you quickly And I’m just planning when I can come back and try their garlic noodles. The chili beef was outstanding as good as any Thai restaurant and the pad thai also

New-ish, bright, clean spacious store. Ideal for lunch, especially if you work in the area. Ordering is done on electronic kiosks at both entrances. These are well thought out. It is also where you pay when you order, so when you are finished with your meal, you can just leave. No waiting for the bill or processing your credit card. I don’t think you can use cash. Prices are quite reasonable. Portions are about right for lunch unless you’re a big eater. We went in the evening and the place was pretty empty. Probably more crowded at lunch. Helpful, friendly staff. Food is good and tasty.
