Decided to stop at this Jersey Mike’s Subs 6116 location and was not disappointed! Ordered a Regular #13 sandwich and it was delicious when I got to eat it later when I got home!
This was my first time stopping at a Jersey Mike’s Subs location and I seriously want to think the manager, Phillip, and the staff working who was explaining my options! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!!

I was excited when Jersey Mike’s opened in Daleville, but after two visits, I’m done. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch with no lettuce. The first time, they added lettuce, picked it off, and handed it to me—gross, but I gave them a pass since they were new. Second time, I clearly asked for no lettuce again. The employee confirmed it was correct, but when I got home, it was loaded with lettuce.
Mistakes happen, but lying to a customer’s face is unacceptable. If staff can’t be honest about a sandwich, what else are they hiding—maybe from the health department? I won’t be back.
