Good local restaurant. Typical Chinese food options. Very friendly service. Prices are reasonable and good portion size. Would definitely come back.

I can’t believe it took me this long to try Kowloon Village. Everything was fresh. and the staff friendly. The place is clean best we have had up north yet.
Thank you we will be back. Gotta try some of that egg foo Yong next

Was very busy on a Saturday night. We were able to be seated right away, though. The fried steam dumplings are amazing, especially the ginger sauce. Will definitely be coming back. Prices are very fair, too

Ordered fried rice with tofu, and wonton soup. The soup came out, two lumps, chicken broth and some random veggies floating in it. I’ve been to hundreds of Chinese places and i’ve never seen such a sad bowl of wonton soup before. It was fine though you can’t really mess it up. The rice though? tasted off. I couldn’t describe it, so I walked up to the front desk to see if maybe there was a lot of vinegar put into it to potentially get it remade so I can enjoy it. The woman upfront shared that the rice sits in one pot all day and there was no rice vinegar or anything put onto it. then I asked if there was maybe a sauce they tossed it in..nope..appersntly not. Naturally, that means I should just send it back and take my business elsewhere.
I offered to pay for the sysco onion rings my boyfriend enjoyed, both of our drinks, and the wonton soup. Just not the old-sour fried rice and the burger my boyfriend also found to be “off.” A reasonable compromise anyone would make at any restaurant if the food was inedible. When I brought this to my waitresses attention, she was incredibly hostile from the START. I started stumbling on my words because I was baffled by the aggression and she would mock me saying “so you didn’t try a bite and you didn’t like it?” (i said i didn’t want to pay for a large meal that I barley ate) and “we don’t use any vinegar how does it taste like vinegar?” instead of just working with me. I literally expressed BEFORE mentioning the food that I had zero intention for drama, just wanted to pay for what we consumed and take our business elsewhere. After talking to some locals it seems like this is a trend. This could’ve been water under the bridge if a grown woman wasn’t trying to intimidate a teenage girl into paying for a meal she didn’t eat AFTER offering to pay for every other thing to make it fair?

I only rated this a 1 star bc it literally wouldn’t let me do a zero star. First let’s start with the fact that the waitress was rude and we seemed like an inconvenience to her. The alcoholic drink my husband ordered seemed like there was no alcohol in it only way to much mixer. The food was cold , the teriyaki chicken was dry and when we asked for some teriyaki sauce on the side we were told no they didn’t have any. But apparently you had some to make the chicken, right? There was no sauce on anything and the rice tasted old. We literally waited almost 25 mins before we even got waters. It was at 45 mins into us being seated that we got food.

My whole table agreed the food is microwaved. Probably bought in bulk because it tasted mid and was burning on the inside but cold on the outside. I genuinely feel sick after eating here. Never coming back.

Parking was not possible. Service was friendly fast and efficient. Got a pu up for 4. The beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki were very dry. Other than that it was good. I loved the jumbo shrimp and chicken fingers.

I altip because there are certain minimal expectations but I became that person that did not tip tonight. It was chaos from the moment we walked in but I took it that this was the happening place. Our orders were not taken until about 20-24 minutes and it was hasty like she didn’t have time for us. I heard the waitress short with tables around us, never recd an update on our meal, no refill of water or more than a glance our direction. After 1.5 hours with no exaggeration we recd our soup and about 10 minutes later the meals. I saw more food leave by pick-up and not much being served to tables. So maybe pickup orders get priority while I sit in at my booth?

We loved going here, then went a couple months ago an was shocked how the service and food went down hill. Meaning the change in their rice, bland tasting, the teriyaki beef was totally changed to the worse, tough, nasty tasting.. waitress seemed baffled..to bad they as other restaurants change a good thing going to no thanks not going there again..
