Was yelled at after ordering on door dash pick up for myself the The lady was completely unhinged I said my order was not ready by screaming at me not ready! Someone else came to the front after I waited 5 minutes and asked me what I was waiting on the lady just screamed he’s not ready I then told him my name and explained was waiting on an order and it was a doordash pickup for myself!!!!!! She said someone already picked it up I said that’s impossible because it’s for me I get points your using DoorDash and deals so if that gentleman did not come to the front and talk to me who knows how long it would have waited she just dismissed me completely poor attitude and was so rude I was very embarrassed will never return to this location

The servers are extremely racist. When I asked for tomatoes on my burrito they said they don’t have any although we could see some in their containers. And when a white individual right after us asked for tomatoes. The servers waited till we paid the bill. And then gave them tomatoes. Shameful act from servers who themselves are of color

When we think of Chipotle, we think of comfort, and quantity.
Unfortunately today, the quantity given to me was less. So less that I had to eat something after the bowl and that is an exception. The quantity was so low that even for an extra scoop of beans and extra lettuce this is what I got.

Every time we order on the app, the order is wrong. Either items are missing or you don’t get quite what you ordered. Chipotle’s systems are not fool proof enough for the incompetence. If you go there and watch them make your food, it’s fine.

This is the worst chipotle experience I’ve had. I was trying to order a chicken quesadilla, and the woman working kept repeating bowl over and over again. Ultimately, this is how the order ended up. Two tortillas, nothing I asked for was included. Bizarre experience. To top it off, the credit card machine wasn’t working.

This is THE WORST Chipotle. Consistently out of ingredients such as brown rice and guacamole. Waited twenty minutes to find out no guacamole. Then, given attitude when inquiring about making a sign so those behind me are aware. Try another location!

Terrible experience, do not come here. We ordered online two bowls for a 6:20pm, Feb. 18th take out. I went in the store at 6:17pm, checked the shelves, there was nothing and sat down to patiently wait. After a while, I asked the staff what is the status of the order and before I could finish my sentence, I was interrupted with “did you check the shelves” and the lady turned around and walked away.
I waited longer and around 6:50pm I decided to ask again. The lady dismissively said “it’s literally being prepared now” — 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Another customer asked for her take out and the lady ignored her and walked away, to which the customer responded “or you can ignore me and be rude”. When my order was ready, the lady threw the bag at me. I took it and left.
To my disappointment, the bowls were half-filled, many ingredients were missing.
I understand staff are being overworked, but that does not change the fact that this lady’s attitude is horrible, wait times are long, and you might not get what you ordered.
