Was excited to try a new (to me) BBQ spot. I ordered the brisket plate and was quite disappointed. Plate came with 3 healthy pieces of Brisket but all were very fatty. I think they were each seared off on a flat top before being served. For me this does not make for good bbq. Sadly I couldn’t taste much smokey flavor in the meat. Folks here were very nice and the Cajun fries were tasty and crisp. Would try them again but won’t be getting the brisket.

Got food from their truck and it was excellent. Crisp, seasoned sweet potato fries and actual pulled pork. Not soggy crockpot pulled pork but actual, smokey, crisp on the edges pulled pork. Already looking forward to next time.

Scott saved us when a caterer bailed very close to our event and it worked out perfectly. People loved the food and his team pulled it off without any issues at all. Wish we would have just hired Scooter’s to begin with!
