If you have ever been to Rudy’s BBQ, you’re in for a real treat. The BRISKET IS AMAZING. The RIBS ARE AMAZING. I lived in Texas for a few months. While there I enjoyed a steady stream of bbq. This is on the same level. I have tried bbq places across Utah and I’ve had some claim to be on par with Texas. I was ready to write a review discouraging people with high expectations but I tasted it and I am very impressed. If you enjoy bbq, this place is worth the wait, worth planning on, and should be a priority. I do not know this family or anyone who is connected to it. This is as pure a review as anyone could give.
A criticism: they should try to have more options available when they are open.
Edit: They run on the expensive side and their prices seem to have increased. I guess that is supply and demand, but it falls into a spot where I’ll need to get less of it and less often.

They came and catered lunch at my work, and I can’t say enough about the flavor of the pork and brisket but I can’t wait for it to open and get more. It could be pulled apart with a fork, the cream corn was creamy and full of flavor, the slaw was delicious and was a perfect lunch
