Charge for 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard sauce , when getting 2 chicken strip baskets , that the chicken strips are mostly bread. I could see if you wanted extra sauces packets. Hardee’s is the way better option for value

Our family just had the best experience for a quick stop at DQ in Campton, KY on a 9 hour drive— Kaisia (sp?) was absolutely kind and wonderful— excellent customer service and the cleanest bathroom and baby changer I’ve seen at a restaurant.

Customer service here was horrible. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without them acknowledging me besides to state to one of the other coworkers that there was a customer there and he should have informed her due to them talking inappropriately. It took 15 minutes to make 2 mini blizzards as well. They were melted, pouring over the side, and the lady just sat them on the counter without a word to my wife and I. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have been in DQs and this by far is the most dirty of them all. The floor throughout the dining area was filthy with debris and dirt scattered about. The dining table tops were dirty and had not been cleaned from earlier patrons. Seats at the booths were filthy too.
The building’s AC was not working properly and it was warm inside a business that makes ice cream desserts! My Blizzard was far from frozen, there was no way they were going to do the Blizzard trademark and turn it upside down! There were also many flies flying around the kitchen and dining area. I was swatting them away as I was ordering. I was told by a staff member that this was an ongoing problem.
I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen and the machines that make the food!! This is what worries me most: what you CAN’T see.
I liked the workers there. All females respectful to the customers. I truly feel sorry for anyone working in this place. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to employment here. I hope the proper higher-ups read this review and fix the multiple deficiencies that plague this place!

I had a good experience today, but last week I didn’t get anything I ordered after being in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. They must have had a bad day, bc usually it’s pretty prompt here. Everything is good. So I ordered the honey BBQ chicken & was told to pull up to wait on it. When I got my order & drove off, I realized they’d given me the regular crispy chicken. I never ord
er this. No marinara is ever given w my cheese curds. This is the only reason I eat here, really. And can we please have 1 napkin? I understand if your inside, but drive thru, always seem to need them. If you can’t afford napkins, don’t run a restaurant business. It’s standard hospitality. Need marinara sauce with the cheese curds. Wish they would have some. Getting better service. Still would appreciate a napkin when ordering drive thru. Just 1 napkin, please!

Got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and this is the worst blizzard I’ve ever gotten and this is my second one because I didn’t take the first one it was so bad. She spun it till it looks like a strawberry shake it doesn’t have one bit of cheesecake in it, and this is the second one because the first one was worse then this one. So if you want a blizzard then I would either hope you get a different person making it or go to a different dairy queen totally

Me and my mom walked in, was greeted friendly. Ordering went smoothly I thought. Looked at my receipt and they rang me up for the wrong thing. I ordered a 2 for 5$. And Large drink and Pretzel sticks. And was charged for a large drink and a a 2pc chicken strip individually. That’s $1.99 and $3.39 instead of $5.00. I mean it’s not a lot but the lady that I spoke to told me that they will switch them but not fix it on my receipt. She had a very poor attitude. Once getting our food they forgot my mom’s gravy. Went and got that. And the lady that I believe was the manager came up with an attitude asking what else I needed but the cashier had already assisted me. I’ve been to several DQ’s and have never had such a poor experience.
