You gotta love Panera! So good! I went here for a quick early dinner. It was great. It was not busy here with 2 families and 3 other people here. I got the grilled cheese with a French baguette. It was great! Don’t skip out on their baguettes too!
The place also seems clean and there is a parking lot available out front as well.
So, to sum it up, great Panera. Will be back whenever I’m nearby!
P.S: Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to save a few bucks after a few visits!

I usually enjoy Panera, especially their soup; but I’ve had my last salad there because they are much too stingy with their dressing. Green Goddess Cobb has a bunch of great ingredients, but for some reason barely any dressing is ever included. I have tried asking for “extra” when initially ordering and also while waiting for takeout–to no avail. Today was my fourth and final attempt. My daughter has had the same issue in Manhattan, KS.

Went to pick up a Too Good To Go bag and this is what they gave me. A huge box but with only 3.5 pastries! What a disappointment. Other Panera places gave me a grocery bag with more than 5 pastries- sometimes close to 10. The gal who helped didn’t wear any gloves. Just used a tissue paper to grab them from the pastry case. Is this sanitary? Did you bother washing your hands beforehand?

I had the broccoli cheddar soup and French dip and it was amazing! The service when ordering the food from the lady (thursday 12/11/25 evening) was also amazing! Restaurant was clean and food came out fast! Thank you

Great place to relax and recoup after a night out. The food is always great and the coffee is always strong, hot, and ready. Good customer service, too. I drive out of my way to go to this specific location in superior. Fireplace and WiFi.

Ordered a cinnamon roll and a hot chocolate. The young man that helped me was wonderful! However, as I waited for my drink, I was side glanced at quite a few times (by another employee). Further frustrating me, I had a hot chocolate, yet a couple with a large order and a few drinks who was checked out after me was given their order before me (not an online order). Finally when my drink was served the order was called out and the lid was set on the counter next to my drink, not on top…not closed…but next to it. The drink itself was all down the sides of the cup. I carried my drink outside, grabbing a slew of napkins on my way out, lid separate from cup. I set it on my car, then realized I needed to clean it up before trying to drink it or taking it into my car. I set it on the ground, pushed the lid on, wiped it down. Thing of it is, I’m almost sure the guy who made and gave me the hot chocolate was the manager. I’m usually a supporter of panera, so this is definitely incredibly disappointing. Probably won’t be back.

This Panera is not managed well. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go in, there is no one available at the cash register to place my order. They expect you to use the self service computer for placing orders. They need to hire more employees who are friendly and attentive to customer needs.

Panera is Panera, great stuff! But excellent service & always clean + cozy. Peter was very kind to me & when the woman ahead of me in line had an issue, he was incredibly patient & helpful.

It took over twenty minutes to get two cold brew coffees in a completely dead store during off hours. I ordered a regular and a large, and clarified my order twice.
When they came out, there were two regulars and I was told that they didn’t come in a large, despite it being on the menu right above us.
The employee working the register and taking orders (Carter) was curt, unhelpful, and unhurried. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
