I called Borelli’s for catering for a brunch party after seeing what they offered plus pricing (which was competitive / better than a lot of other options). I’ve always loved their sandwiches (back when it was Pat’s), and I couldn’t be happier with how the catering came out.
The food was top notch, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and their signature sandwiches were all just as good as if you ordered them normally in the shop. We loved Pat’s and nothing takes away from that, but the new ownership really upped the quality.
Also Matt was who we worked with and he was a pleasure the whole way through. Only regret is that I didn’t take more photos. Highly recommend.

The lunch offerings are outstanding. The new ownership brings a great atmosphere, and Matt’s food is exceptional. The sandwiches are high quality, well portioned, and among the best in the area.
