My fiance and I come here almost every weekend and some weekdays. My fiance gets the same thing every time and luckily hasn’t had many issues with his drinks other than wrong foam or something. Me on the other hand, I switch between the strawberry watermelon and peach quenchers. I don’t get anything else except food sometimes which I also don’t really have problems with. But 2 out of the 3 days I go on the weekends, my drink will taste like water with a splash of flavor…..an employee told me once that others like to “add more water” to the mix instead of just following instructions. I also always get an extra large….. I really don’t appreciate having to guess if my drinks are going to just taste like water because the employees want it to taste how THEY want it. I still go only because its in town and I’d rather energy drinks over coffee which theres a lot of in Bolivar. But its really frustrating when my quencher drink is soooo watered down, on top of the ice they add to the big cups. Would just like to see more consistency to drinks. Especially since I never change or add anything…

I went to scooters today because ive been having medical issues and just left the hospital and wanted to treat myself.
I asked for a large decaf iced carmelicious (2/11/26 @ about 9:50am). They asked if I wanted to add another espresso shot. I was confused for a second because I think of caffeine when I hear espresso. I told the cashier exactly that and I laughed because I always laugh at myself. Well the girls in back mock laughed and said “omg, thats so funny” (in a valley girl dizzy way) but I asked the cashier and they said they were laughing at her about another drink, the cashier was at the window when they started laughing immediately after I laughed.
Im not in high school anymore and legitimately thought these girls were bullying me. You have a bunch of bullies working for you. I left there feeling embarrassed and bullied.
I will never go to another scooters ever again. Ill stick to 7 brew in Springfield. Atleast they are nice.

I’m a regular customer here at scooters and when i went through the drive thru window and the lady’s working the shift 9am on 2-21-26 was talking rudely about the driver in my vehicle and didn’t even offer a pup cup, I go through this scooters almost daily and i’ve never been treated the way i was today. my food was burnt and wasn’t placed in the bag properly my coffee wasn’t made correctly and i was rudely talked about.

Great service, the app did not have the drink we wanted, so we thought they did not make it. We all had frozen drinks. The mocha blender and the white mocha blender were good. My matcha green tea smoothie was seriously lacking flavor. I highly recommend you order it with one of the smoothies flavors or even just a vanilla pump. They are pricy, even higher I believe than Starbucks. But the service was excellent. Would definitely go back. Plus they have pup cups. My Lucy was a happy girl.

Drinks are very sweet… I love scooters but I would like more sugar free options. I got the pumpkin spice carmelicious with sugar free carmelicious syrup and an extra shot and it just tastes so sweet it’s disgusting. Personally not a fan. 5 stars because it’s veteran owned and the iced matcha tea is fire.

Sat in the drive thru line behind 3 cars, no one taking orders, no one moving for 5 minutes. Had to pull out of line and leave with nothing Just close the store if you don’t have enough staff to actually make drinks.

I love the addition of Scooters in Bolivar! I have gone multiple times and always been greeted with a smile.
The last time I went, the manager was working the window and he saw my rather large order. When he found out the coffee’s were headed to the school for teachers, he made sure that the teachers had an extra treat to power them through a crazy Friday! Such a thoughtful surprise!
The drinks were also great and they took the time to label each drink so they could be easily disbursed!

The tomato/feta bites were fresh and delicious as was the caramelicious cake pop we ordered! They nailed my special ordered Turtle Latte AND the staff were absolutely phenomenal! They were all very friendly and welcoming. They had even made a point to tell our dog hello and wished her a good day upon departure! Overall very great experience and I can’t wait to go back. It’s safe to say our pup left happy too
