Ordering was easy, you choose you’re arepa to be fried or grilled (I ordered it fried). Then you choose what you like inside.
I was impressed! All the ingredients were rich in flavor and tasted very fresh. I can see myself going back and trying different variations.
Highly recommend 5 ⭐️

Love this place! From NJ and every time I come to Miami I DEMAND my family bring me. The fried arepa is perfect! Add carne mechada, guayanese and tajadas and it’s a flavor party.
Go visit Valentina y Francis for your arepa delights and don’t sleep on the Tizana (fruit juice) because it’s amazing! Chicas gracias por todo, estaba divino.

We had very high expectations with this arepas but to be honest they were pretty average for how expensive they were. The passion fruit juice and lemon nestea were great.
The service was very friendly and it had a nice atmosphere.

Delicious food and super friendly staff. I got to meet the owner, she is a Venezuelan single mom, hard working immigrant , gorgeous, kind and super fun. Her arepas recipes are authentic and full of flavor. You got to stop by and support this small but fast growing business!

I tried the reina pepiada with Gouda cheese. Everything was pretty good except for the one thing I think is the most important- the actual arepa. There was maybe a 2 minute wait time, arepa was not freshly made in two minutes, it was hard and chewy. I ate it that second so I can’t blame it on the delivery or time it took me to get home. I would go back but I would ask for the arepa to be made fresh to give them another chance because otherwise they are very generous with the protein and cheese and ingredients were fresh.

I had higher expectations coming here reading the reviews and was very disappointed once I ate it. All toppings are additional starting at $1.00 and up. The arepa does not come with cheese unless you add it which at most arepa places I’ve been to the base topping is at least cheese. My order came out to $12 and it was just basically cheese (which was not melted) and chicken. I’m not complaining about the price as I will happily pay for food as long as it’s quality. For $12 I would’ve expected something better. The chicken and the sauce had good flavor but everything else was a let down. The arepa was hard to bite into, the cheese not melted and just tasted very plain overall without the sauce. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere more authentic and less expensive.
