Im sorry but this establishment was one of the dirtiest rwstaurants I’ve ever been in. The wings were decent and the service was ok. But there was so much trash on the floor and I didn’t see one employee pick up one piece of trash they would all just walk past it. Management needs to be on top of that. These are just some of the trash but there was trash all over the restaurant.

I came to this Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday to watch the NBA Western Conference Final game and also do their all you can wings with fries. Taleia was my server in the bar area and she was amazing with her customer service. She was attentive with me and kept asking me if I wanted more wings. I got the lemon pepper sauce and medium sauce on my wings which they were good. They were not busy at all when I was here so I think it helped with the service yesterday.

Attention management or corporation!!!! Bad service and dirty place. My family and I get there and no one there to great us or seat us but the bartender waves at us and points us to the tables. After that Brook our server comes and takes our drinks order, she brings sodas for my kids and wife and says they’re still working on pouring my beer. After 10 minutes I get up and go up to the bar and order a beer, the bartender says my beer is been sitting there and I grab it but then she asks me if I want her to bring it to my table, in my head I’m thinking “I wanted someone to bring it to my table a long time ago that’s why I had to get up and order one from the bar since my server couldn’t get me the beer I ordered. Then they bring our food and our server says they’re still working on my wife’s chicken sandwich so it took her another 5-8 minutes to bring her chicken sandwich. The onion rings looked more like onion rings scraps. My kids ordered lemonade wich was so watered down and had to wait for our server to bring us different lemonades (you could tell on the color how watered down they were) there was trash on the floor and a huge puddle of pee under the urinal. At some point there was no bartender or servers on the dining room in case anyone needed anything. This is on a Friday afternoon so how can this place be so dirty and understaffed on a Friday afternoon? Someone should put some attention to this place.

Christina was our server. Great food, came out quickly. By other servers.
Our server never checked in with us. I had to go and find her to request a straw and other items. Place was empty, its a weekday night. My kids kept going up to the takeout window for napkins, dressing for the salad – which we got the third time asking!
Server couldn’t manage applying our military discount, even when we mentioned it while ordering. She said she’d add it to the bill, and never did. Ran the card without it. Not a big deal, but super annoying. Probably a last inside visit from us!

Haven’t been in a while. Our server was the only good thing about the service. No host waited for 10 +minutes, husband wanted to watch a game. Ordered well done wings waited which was fair had I gotten fresh wings would have been worth it.
But husband was too hungry to wait. Your lobby could use some TLC shoe marks all over the walls, front doors looked just nasty and greasy. If the front looks like that I don’t want to see the back.. Was disappointed for a Saturday Night.

So I have never been to a buffalo wild wings that’s seat your self. I know this one isn’t like that i am standing at the host station and Noone ever walks over to me to get me seated! I have worked in hospitality for 3 1/2 years and this is bull crap! Who ever ownes these places need to fix what ever problem is going on! Horrible experience. I left to go spend my money elsewhere

My family and I had the worst experience with the manager Joseph.
They didn’t offer us carrots or celery sticks.
Till we mentioned it to them and the waitress Brook told us we don’t offer until the customer asks us for some.
We barely had one beer each and brook said the manager Joseph won’t serve us no more..
It was the worst experience ever for us spending $126.00

I love buffalo wild wings but unfortunately here in the simi valley location the service is not great. All of our food was cold and took a long time to be served. I’ve been coming to this location for like 3 years. But in the last 6months the service has been getting worse. This is my first bad review ever. I feel bad leaving this bad review but hopefully with this bad review they can improve their service.

Buffalo Wild wings is good for the $4 beer and 50% large sides and appetizers during the late night happy hour after 10pm.
The wings are bad. They are expensive and small. You can find better wings anywhere. The sauces are better. This is the case for all BWWs.
I visited last Saturday and I got 3 beers and 2 large sides of tater tots my bill was $20, I think that’s a good deal.
3 beers and 2 large sides can easily run you 25-35.
This location usually not crowded and quieter than most BWWs.
The bar is cleaner than most BWWs.
The floor is not sticky with dried beer and I have never smelled any lingering vomit like there is at most BWWs.
The bathroom has no mirrors.
Sometimes it is so slow and quiet that the bartenders will forget you are there. They often go to the back and nobody tends bar for 5-15 minutes.
The food can take a while to come out, not sure if it is a slow kitchen or bartenders forget to put in orders.
There are some bartenders that have skipped over my songs in the jukebox, because they are grumpy. By default this place plays a lot of pop music and there was a middle-aged female bartender who will skip the country/folk/rock songs I put on the jukebox when I want to drink beer and watch sports.
There are 2 younger bartenders Kris and Keara who have a good attitude.
