I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had tonight. Your website clearly states that American Deli closes at 10:00 PM. I walked in at 9:02 PM—nearly an hour before closing—yet I was told the only items available were wings and fries because the kitchen was “closing soon.”
This is completely unacceptable. There were almost 50 minutes left before your posted closing time, and restricting the menu that drastically makes the listed hours misleading to customers.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I had just arrived in town from Florida and was genuinely looking forward to stopping at American Deli. Instead, my first experience after getting into town was being told that most of the menu wasn’t available despite arriving well within business hours.
If the kitchen shuts down nearly an hour before closing, that needs to be clearly communicated and reflected in your posted hours. Customers should not have to guess whether they will actually be able to order the menu when they arrive before closing time.

I ordered a Philly, wings with fries combo. I called my order in at 3:08pm. I arrived at 3:15 order was not ready. I decided at 3:38pm to receive a refund because 2 people walked in and two people called orders in and received there food immediately!!! I don’t mind waiting but atleast give me a discount or something. It’s a reason I called my order in. Then the lady or man at the register had the nerve to get smart about my ticket number. I will not be returning to this location!!

I moved to this area and was happy that I found an American Deli this close. I have gotten food from here four times. I order the same things everytime, 2 ten piece combos, one mild, extra crispy wings and the other one hot with extra sauce. They have yet to get it right. The mild wings are never crispy..EVER and my hot wings are never saucy. When I picked up my order, I saw that my wings were not saucy. So I thought to myself, “No Problem” I will just ask for a side of the sauce since my wings looked dry. I was charged 50 cents for the sauce that I requested to be put on my wings in the order in the first place. Why should I be charged for something that I ordered from the start. So, I am annoyed with this. I am not saying that the food is not good. I am saying that the order needs to be executed in the way that I ordered it. You can see below that my hot wings does not have extra sauce

Ok so usually I’m not a fan of American Deli!! I had a bad experience when I was younger so I just avoid them (all)… I was in south Atlanta visiting a friend. I stated I wanted some good wings and she recommended American Deli on Camp creek rd… At 1st I was skeptical because of my past experience but she assured me it was going to be worth it. We both ordered the Philly with 5pc wings and fries. The cashier was super sweet ..professional .. kind and very helpful. They were pretty busy but She handled the front counter with ease. Assisting everyone with a smile and positive attitude.. customer service is lacking alot these days so she was very refreshing… They Philly was well seasoned and very delicious… the wings were crispy and saucy like I ordered and like it.. they’re in the business of giving fries away because of the way they’re sure to load you up!!! But overall the food was delicious and I will revisit that location when I’m in the area!!!

There was an issue with my order that I didn’t notice until I made it home. I called and spoke with the owner and she immediately offered to make it right. I was unable to come back that night but she offered to remedy the issue the next day and she did! Mistakes happen but when a business goes the extra mile to make things right it is greatly appreciated!

They played for these tiny wings this plate cost almost $15 and the wings are so smalls after eating this plate it gave me a bad stomach ache the wings is smaller then my pinky finger

I ordered a Philly with extra meat. They PILED IT ON. A delicious, hot MONSTER of a sandwich. They lost a star because the wings were too small and despite me saying cook SOFT – they were too hard. I’ll just skip the wings next time and get the sandwich only.

Service here is horrible. Please don’t waste your time ordering over the phone. The lady with the locs says the order wasn’t written down but they somehow still got the three orders. But never added on my sauces and i asked for all flat. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I rather go to Cleveland American deli or greenbriar.

I ordered my meal and told the lady extra crispy wings just to receive undone chicken called in was placed on hold where I can hear in the background a made up story and ignored the phone if I wasn’t on it I wouldn’t recommend at all
