My wife and I just moved into the neighborhood about a month ago.
We really like The Real Deal.
She always gets the Chiken Seasar Wrap. I’ve had the Steak Bomb, Double Smash Burger and we always get the fries. Food is fantastic. Everything we’ve had has been very good. Fries are great, the frie portions can feed 2-3 people. A little on the pricier side but over very good place if you want options.

Amazing Service Every Time!
I come to this restaurant very often, and I can honestly say that the service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes me feel welcome every single time I visit. They are patient, respectful, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we need.
The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and the team truly makes a difference in the overall experience. It’s because of the great service that I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only great food, but also outstanding customer service!

Had a fabulous experience at The Real Deal Deli in Jamaica Pines. The man and woman who seem to be in charge (owners?) were so incredibly nice, accommodating of food needs, and just all-around provided a great experience. They even helped us navigate our way around the area. Lots of GF options, delicious food, and an excellent value. Definitely a family-friendly down-to-earth spot to get what a member of our group declared to be the best meal yet in Boston! Kudos and thanks to The Real Deal—keep up the great work!

Real Deal WR – when they 1st opened a few years back, I thought they made great pizza and big one too (extra large)! Last few times I wasn’t too happy with their extra pizza. Tried it again last weekend (11/8). Still not that good as in the past. Pizza has enough tomato sauce but hardly enough cheese. And their toppings are few. Also bought a couple of their sandwiches. Thank goodness those are still good. Hence 3 star, 2 for pizza, 4 for sandwiches. We had it delivered to us and the pizza was hot. 5 stars.

I called on a Tuesday to ask what the process was to order approximately 50 sandwiches and some salads for a party I was having that Saturday. I was told it was OK to come in on Friday afternoon and order the food in person and pay for it to be then delivered the next day. I went into the store on Friday, the young man at the counter started to tell me that the menu that I was looking at was no longer the current catering menu. The prices were higher than he said and the person who normally dealt with the catering portion of the restaurant was not there. I asked to speak to somebody in charge, but there was no one there and it was only 1 PM. The person who normally deals with catering aspects had left early and I asked them to call her and he was not able to. I was given bad information on Tuesday and this was very frustrating because I depended on buying this food for the next day. I do not suggest doing catering with this company, they don’t seem dependable in my eyes, and the young man at the counter was pretty much clueless when it came to what I needed. Every time I asked him a question his answer was “I don’t know”.
They are also extremely overpriced because I went up the street to the supermarket ordered the same exact food. I was gonna get at the Real deal and it ended up being half the price and the food was just as great.

Sandwiches and paninis are very tasty and creative. One of the best slices of buffalo chicken around. Service is give or take better some days than others.

HAIR IN FOOD
got chicken ceasar sammie & not only was the lettuce horribly wilted because of all the dressing that was drenched all over it, mid mid bite I pull hair out of my mouth which was embedded in my sandwich so I know it was not mine. Disgusting sandwich & lost my appetite after the 2nd bite.

I’ve been multiple times, and their sandwiches do not disappoint. It’s a sandwich shop that’s connected to Sugar with plenty of seating. The only downside is parking is tough even though there is a two hour lot across the street. One critique that I noticed today was that the music playing in the background was uncensored even though it’s more of a family place.

Listen up, RUSH in here to get a Wensleydale sandwich! OH MY GOD if they don’t make this a year round menu item I will actually cry like a baby! This sandwich is the BEST sandwich I have EVER had! Whoever reads these reviews, please do everything possible to keep this on the menu year round… I’d give my 1st born child to have this for lunch EVERY DAY lol (I have no kids so totally joking here) but seriously, WOW you outdid yourself! Chefs kiss, great job Real Deal!!!

I had a wonderful experience here today! Wide variety of options on the menu, including a large amount of gluten free options and they are extremely allergy friendly. I placed an order online and it was hot and ready when I picked it up. A little expensive but definitely definitely recommend!
