We had taco Loco cater our wedding this weekend, August 23. They did an incredible job. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. For a food truck, the Birria Tacos were awesome. The Chicken Burrito was on point but fell a bit short on the wow; but still a solid flavor profile. Beans and rice was good as well.

If I could give this place a 100/10 I would. Not only the best food truck I’ve ever been to, but some of the most traditional and delicious tacos I’ve ever had. Definitely do not listen to any negative reviews, this place is legit. Great service & very polite people. Will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town! Birria tacos were to die for, the consume was the most fresh I’ve ever indulged into. Meat cooked perfectly.

Delicious food truck with kind, friendly people! I read good reviews about the birria, which I love, so I decided to try the quesabirria plate. It was absolutely delicious! And the consome to go with it was the best I’d ever had. I appreciated the jalapeno toreado and homemade salsas sides. We also got the gorditas plate, which was very tasty. The truck itself was very clean with great menus. We were simply passing through town, but if I lived in Roswell this would be a regular place for me.
