I went to La Brasa Grill in North Lauderdale and really enjoyed the food. The chicken had a great flavor — juicy and well seasoned. We ordered one whole chicken and it was enough for five of us, and everyone liked it a lot. The place feels casual but the food speaks for itself. If you’re looking for good taste and a satisfying meal to share, this spot is definitely worth visiting. I would go back for that chicken again!

I’m a regular customer at La Brasa and want to share ongoing issues I’ve experienced specifically during visits when a particular drive-thru employee is working. She is a person with a heavy accent.
On multiple occasions, when this employee takes my order, items I paid for are missing from the bag — that were clearly requested and verbally confirmed at the window BY HER. After being handed the food, the drive-thru window is often closed immediately, which doesn’t allow time to check the order before pulling away. As a result, I’ve had to park and go inside to retrieve missing items.
This has happened repeatedly, not just once, and it’s been consistent enough to impact my experience, especially when ordering with others. I enjoy the food and typically don’t have these issues at other times, which is why I believe this may be a training or role-fit concern.
I hope management can address this so the drive-thru experience becomes more reliable and matches the quality of the food.

After visiting this place many times on my lunch break I realized this is the Best place oh the right place to eat not only on my lunch hours but also on weekends… day…, night and evening the food the taste it’s so yummy my favorite Plate Tallarines Saltado following on Lomo Saltado the CHURRASCO Amazing call also New York Skirts Steak in English… Omg… you must taste the food with those 4-ingredients they always offer you (include with the Plate ) the Staff are so nice very nice Ppl… special Leydi a she is always with a good mood & attitude the true is everyone at that place are always in the good mood Aracelis, Yarelis, Daisy, Maria I know them all… I called for take out or sometimes I eat there the atmosphere is so great, they all treat you with respect like family and trust me I don’t visit anymore Pollos Tropical since i know this place a yeas ago since discovered this place… because Big Walmart Shopping is in the same plaza.. and guys this is the best place to dinner to Lunch at anytime no doubt about and the best part Probably are the best prices on Town for every Plate.

My first time I made the purchase at Lá Brasa Grill and unfortunately there was human hair in the food, in the first lunch box there was a small hair I thought it was mine, because I have short hair, but when we opened the second lunch box there was a bigger hair supposedly female and the taste of the food was also not pleasant. Sorry but indication of this place I don’t do, first experience, terrible experience! Reason which I include a star for the establishment.

This is my first time at La Brasa and the customer service was exceptional I was greeted with a smile by a very kind gentleman behind the register by the name of Jason. He was very helpful and kind. Jason even came out of his way to wipe the table before I sat down. The bathroom and the dining room was all clean and very well kept. The food came out quickly and it looked and tasted delicious!! Needless to say I will be back!! I am very impressed and hope to see everyone behind the counter again.

The food is great, fresh and with tons of flavor. I ordered delivery beef stir fried rice and steak meal. The rice is fresh with Peruvian style flavors. Highly recommend getting a meal here for a quick lunch or a dinner. Get the sauces!!!
