We ordered the taco kit which includes quite a bit of food for $45.99. Feeds about 6 people which is a good amount for the price. The food was good. The rice was definitely dried out and the taco wraps were over toasted on the grill which made them chewy but we made due. Seriously the customer service was zero. There was a young man behind the counter that kept sneezing which is a bit problematic but my food was already paid for. I asked if they allowed substitutes they said no and did not have everything in my box. We had to wait too long because the people behind the counter were laughing and talking. Overall I would eat at Moe’s again just not this location.

First time dining at this place. The inside is pretty spacious and they also have outside seating. The tables were not cleaned after people had dinned and didn’t look very sanitized. The food is quite unimpressive. We got a bowl with steak and other toppings. The rice was so dry that it actually hurt my teeth. Food is very salty. The salsa dip was very bland. The staff was nice though.

had a very disappointing visit. First, when I walked in, we were left standing in line because the staff was focused on finishing a pile of Delivery orders instead of serving customers who were right there.
Second, the pico de gallo looked spoiled and old, clearly not fresh or properly cared for.
Third, the soda machine had no carbonation at all. When I told the employee, instead of fixing the issue by changing the gas tank, he just said “sorry” and did nothing about it and didn’t offer a refund.
Overall, the service felt inattentive, the food quality was questionable, and even basic things like drinks weren’t taken care of. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from Moe’s.

Bro save your money and go get a burrito somewhere else. These people apparently are too lazy to cut veggies. Burrito was layered, bitting into a big piece of onion literally killed this whole meal. Not worth the tip I left while ordering online either.

Is this a joke? Last time i checked its the middle of february, not april fools. What is this portion sizing? This is what i would out for my 4 year old son. Im a 6’3 23 year old male. This is absolutely unacceptable. Never come here! Theres a chipotle by the street and it tastes much better.

I was met with rude employees the food was cold when I said I would wait for fresh food I was met with attitudes the steak was cold the chicken is cold the meat was tough how to get the employees are very very rude it was like I was wasting their time and they were ready for me to go when I walked in it was filthy.

My burrito was very cold The burrito was stuck to the eliminated foil wrap which tore my burrito up! My chips was very hard uncomfortable to eat!! I asked for sauce and didn’t receive any! I definitely will Not Be eating from here again

This is the best Moe’s location in the Triangle – it’s not as high-traffic as Brier Creek, and when we were there the place was very clean. I’ll definitely take the family back here. Also, be sure to sign up for Moe’s Rockin’ Rewards and their email list!
