I recently ordered food from Kissan Restaurant and had a great experienced. I tried palak paneer, Rajma , gobhi alu , veg Biryani , moong daal Halwa, samosas & chapati they all were absolutely delicious. They all dishes have perfect spice level (I ordered medium spicy) and the flavors were spot on. Portion sizes were generous, and the quality of the food was excellent. The Moong dal ka halwa was rich and comforting,just like homemade. Definitely a place I’ll be ordering from again

I ordered vegetarian tiffin and when I opened it at home and start eating, I notice chicken in the food. Then I call them couple of time but the lady who answered the call didn’t take it serious. She just laughed and said “maybe the another staff did it” and said i have so many other customers, I have to attend them. I will call you later and will see tomorrow what to do. This time it happens to me. Next time may be to you. So, please avoid ordering food from here.

I ordered pav bhaji, but instead of soft pav, I received a bun. Pav bhaji is meant to be served with soft pav, and this bun was quite hard, which affected the overall taste and experience. I was disappointed and hope this can be improved in the future.

What a joke he said “we can give u 4 more pieces of chaap lol” I’m honestly furious with Kissan Restaurant. I ordered spring rolls and achari chaap, and what I got was an absolute joke. The “achari chaap” they sent was nothing but onions and green peppers — not even close to what I paid for. Where’s the chaap? This is pure carelessness and disrespect toward customers.
If you can’t deliver what’s on your menu, maybe stop selling it! I spent my money expecting real food, not a plate of half-cooked vegetables. The quality, the effort, and the honesty — all missing. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order at Kissan Restaurant. I ordered naan along with my meal, but unfortunately several pieces were burnt and too hard to eat.
After receiving the order, I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to report the issue and seek assistance, but no one answered the phone. This added to my frustration, as I was unable to get any response or support regarding the problem.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both food quality and customer service in the future.

After college, I went to Kissan and ordered the Manchurian and noodles combo. The food was tasty and the price was reasonable. The girl at the front desk was very cheerful and polite, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this place.

I just bought these Julab jamuns., they are so unbearkable( you need to struggle to cut a piece to eat) . I do not know how old are these. I ate one so far., taste is even terrible.
