Normally have a good experience however today and yesterday as I believe the manager Jasmine is on vacation it has been a total nightmare today I left without anything because I just couldn’t wait any longer. The guy making coffee was great, he was calling out orders and giving eye contact, the other two employees not so much and there was no smiles or sense of urgency. I guess if Jasmine isn’t there there is no order.

3 stars only because we Love Jas! I almost never get the cold foam I pay for and last time I was there my son’s snack wrap didn’t have the bacon we ordered. This location is much better than the others in town but thats probably just because of our relationship with Jasmine. Dunkin, please take more time for training and quality control.

Best location in town. Even when there is only one person there, they still get your order done quickly and correct. For some reason the sandwiches are always a little better than the one down the road.

As a two time a day regular customer I have to give a bad review after the rude service I received this morning from who I assume is a new manager. I got my regular ice coffee and asked for an extra cup to insulate it to save my ice, and she reached for a plastic one..I said I wanted a styrofoam one and she said she can’t give me one with the sip and win sticker on it (bullocks as I’m given them all the time, they either take the sticker off or have ones without them) So, I asked her to take it off.. She replied with *of course* after failing to remove a small sticker she slammed the cup on the counter and asked the nice employee I usually deal with to take it off. She was rude and lacked customer curtosy.I hope a district manager reads this and has a word with her on how one should behave in such a case as she has no clue how to adult or serve loyal, regular customers! I will be taking my morning business to another location.

If I don’t say I want sprinkles at the drive through, it means I severely hate sprinkles and if you give me the donut with sprinkles, I don’t have time to come back and that makes me sad. Coffee is bangin though
