I come to this dunkin literally every single day. I will say, a few months ago, I went months not saying anything but receiving horrible service. I finally was fed up. I called corporate. I have to say , I will give credit where it is due… this dunkin did a 360 the past few months… I have now found trust back in this location. They do get busy and you might have to be patient once or twice but that’s anywhere…. the staff really turned things around in that store and they have a few employees if i knew their names I would give them a special standing applause because of their exceptional customer service…. I have to say, good job guys!

This Dunkin in particular is painfully slow. I’ve been here on multiple occasions at different times of the day thinking maybe it was just a bad time or a bad day. I’ve done drive through, in store ordering, and pick up. No. The workers here don’t care. I’m not sure if they are underpaid or overworked, but they certainly couldn’t rush if their life depended on it. It honestly stresses me out watching just how slow they move. Not only that though, they aren’t friendly, they aren’t warm, no smiles. Just pure annoyance at customers who walk inside. I’m not sure how they have a whole team of people who hate their job, but somehow they recruited a whole staff of sloths.

Order is always wrong. 3rd time today in as many tries that they give the wrong food in the drive thru constantly. I even asked the girl today “jokingly”, “sandwich is right today?” I got a wrap and hash browns. They don’t care or apologize when you bring it back either. They usually act like you did something wrong for ordering that. The worst is when they give me, a diabetic, 3-4 sugars in my coffee that I ALWAYS order black. You know what happens if you give a diabetic pure sugar?
This place used to be solid in the AM but Starbucks is just down the street in Blanding. I’ll be going there from now on or the Dunkin on Park.

My family walked in this morning and was totally ignored. Nobody greeted us and there was barely any donuts left. We asked if they were making anything fresh and the lady didn’t even turn around to us to shake her head. I get it, I hate working on Sundays too, but at least agnologize your guests. I came with a party of 5 all wanting breakfast and donuts. Now I have to lesson to my 2 year old son whine, ” why can’t I have a donut” all the way to another establishment where we are probably going to order over $50 in food.

So I go through the drive-through I’m a little indecisive looking at prices. I’m trying to find stuff on the menu. I finally settle on munchkins and three Boston cream so I get it and the whole purpose of Boston cream is to have the chocolate with the filling in the middle, so this is what they do now they just throw your Boston creams in a bag with the chocolate on the bottom of the bag so you don’t get any chocolate on the doughnut. Great customer service these days this is pretty crappy. … CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! and I’ve been in customer service 40 years….

This is the best Dunkin location in the area by far. The employees are always welcoming and courteous, and my orders are accurate. I stopped going to the location on Old St. Augustine Rd because everyone is nicer here.

Stopped in ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. Asked specifically to NOT toast my bagel. That request changed the entire communication. The girl got nasty and condescending. Figured it took a long time for them to bring my food to me literally like 6 minutes. That’s a long time in the drive thru but apparently they were in the back looking for the worst most rubbery plain bagel they could find and served it to me. This is called theft. You cannot take money from a customer and deliberately give them garbage because you don’t like them. I almost broke a tooth trying to bite the bagel. Not to mention they gave me the thinnest layer of cream cheese possible. Please review the pics. Horrible service DO NOT EVER go to this Dunkin donuts.

Do no i repeat do not come here they make u wait A half hour To have you repeat your order at the window then to give you a cold croissant sandwich and an attitude worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to caramel iced coffee. Taste like toilet water without sugar recommend you to go somewhere else.
