Absolutely unacceptable experience at the KFC in Hueytown. The food quality was terrible—my Famous Bowl came with corn so dried out it was clearly old and should never have been served. When I asked to speak with a manager to address the issue, I was told there was no manager in the building. That alone speaks volumes about how this location is being run. Customers deserve fresh food and accountability, and this location delivered neither. I will not be returning and do not recommend this KFC to anyone expecting basic standards of quality or service.

Ordered a pot pie and wedges she me pulled down an older dark skin woman with grey hair. I waited 12 minutes of wedges got out to check on my order they never dropped the wedges then apologized. I waited an then she came around the corner with the wedges to fast. She had given me some old wedges that she had warmed up in the microwave I asked for a refund also I feel as though the pot pie was old because it was extremely salty which indicated to me that the pot pie was old also I never had one taste that way

every time I order the 12 piece family meal, i end up with 2 , 2 thighs and 8 dried up breast ! Other than that everything else is AWSOME!!! From now on I’m specifically requesting no breast. I used to be asked white, dark or mixed. I should be accommodated with a free family meal.

I placed an order online just a little while ago and I go to pick it up just to be told that one of the things that I ordered online they do not even have in the store and it says on the screen online that they have to confirm the order in the store so the order was confirmed by whoever received it without informing us that they did not have any pot pies and I get to the window and she says we don’t have any pot pies then proceeds to stand there and look at me without offering a solution or anything. Not to mention three of the employees were standing outside in the parking lot when I pulled up so just a heads up if you order online you might get your order confirmed just to be told they don’t have what you ordered. Then I get home and the chicken looks like this…. Change your grease!!! Then I go to take everything out and see the sides have 2 bowls for some reason then I notice why…. Don’t even have the decency to put it in a good bowl, just put the broke bowl in another bowl, way to go.

Needs new management! We came at 6pm and was told they are cleaning the grease and it would be a 16 minute wait. I told her that was fine and I would wait. At first she assumed I wouldn’t wait and didn’t really listen to me. Then she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of ordering. I was told they couldn’t do crispy or that would take even longer. I set my alarm for 18 minutes to give them a little extra time. We waited and watched several other cars get their orders. 35 minutes later we finally got our order. I have worked in restaurants before and we always cleaned grills or grease during down time or slow hours..not during dinner rush. The chicken looks either like it’s burnt or they didn’t even clean the grease at all. After reading other reviews it appears that this has been an on going problem. I could see several people working and they didn’t appear short handed at all. Apparently they want to get paid but not work. I haven’t been there in a while but can see why they never have many customers anymore while the other drive throughs are packed. How is a business supposed to make money if they aren’t prepared to make chicken during busy hours and workers would rather sit around doing nothing? I really hope the franchise owner sees this and other reviews. It should give a clear perspective why revenue is down!

BBQ sauce on wings so thick chocked me. Chicken nuggets nothing but hard breading. My order was #438890155 Did not get any biscuits. Did not get any of the 4 sauces ordered. Paid almost $50 for nothing. Used to get good food but feel like we were lied to about what was Advertised.

Got a pot pie for lunch in drive through- it was barely warm and didn’t have as much filling as it did crust. Had a drink as well with almost no ice in it. Staff was fine, no negative interactions there but the food was a little disappointing 🙁

The staff is not helpful. They were in the back of the restaurant standing around when I asked for salt packages. There was no chicken ready at 4pm. The other day they didn’t have any white meat chicken. I used to work at this location and this never would happen. I got a crazy look when I asked for anything. This is very bad customer service. This is how our food was handed to us and we were dining in. The music in the restaurant was offensive

90% of my experiences with this restaurant are good but I felt the need to say something about a recent bad experience. I went and got food through the mobile KFC app for drive thru pickup. I requested my sandwich plain and by the time I got home to eat it discovered it had mayo on it. I couldn’t drive back to the store at the time to take them the incorrect item so I threw it away and made a call this morning to request the situation be remedied only to be told you MUST have the food in hand. I understand scams but apparently you’re expected to hold onto an incorrect meal overnight just to prove they made a mistake.
Overall, points for all the good times but I feel this is a step in the wrong direction. However, for anyone else who still wishes to visit this location I suggest always checking your items at the store for immediate remedy (as I likely should have) or else you risk losing your money over the mistakes of those who read and prepare the orders incorrectly.

everything tasted like it was fried in old oil, and the chicken was over over cooked, not burnt, but doughy on the inside, the cherry poppers don’t look very appetizing apart from tasting like old oil
