I placed an order for delivery over the phone, and order was confirmed including delivery charge and tip. They said delivery would be within 39 to 54 minutes, after almost an hour, I called the store to find out that the order was set for carry out, and they charged me an additional delivery charge, even though I had already paid it. Pizza was delivered a little over hour and a half after I ordered.

I ordered a takeout pizza here one night because I needed something quick. It was sickening to see nobody in the whole store wearing gloves. This guy in the pic (or the other lady on the line I didn’t post her because the pic had her face). Not to mention my hand tossed pizza was made to be a thin crust. Yall have got to do better. Im new around here and I guess the culture is to slack off when it comes to preparing food for others and food quality. So disappointing.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a chicken pizza, but what I received was a very dry pizza with no sauce and no chicken. It was so bad that even my kids couldn’t eat it.
I tried calling customer service and stayed on the phone for almost 3 hours with no answer. When I called the next day, the manager (or whoever she said she was) told me there was nothing she could do.

The reviews are low, but most of them are for delivery orders. We did a pick-up order for 3 large pizzas and wings. Domino’s has a guarantee that they will bring out the pizza within 2 minutes, which they were a few minutes late, so we will receive a free pizza next time. As for the pizza, it was GOOD. I forgot to take pics of the wings. We air fried them a bit more to make them crispy, but still good. I would recommend carryout orders!

My food took 40 minutes once in the driver’s hands to get to me all my food is cold and soggy and when I called the store to make a comment about it, they told me to drive up there and bring everything back and they’ll remake it will not refund me any money for the delivery charge and also that I can just throw it in the oven and crisp it up. I ordered online and paid. Around 4:35 they sent me a text saying it would be ready in about 8-10 minutes. I got to the store about 4:50. There was about 7 people in line in front of me, but no one waiting on anyone. Finally a guy asked if therevwas anyone calling out names for the people who ordered online and paid. A woman said o i will she started looking through the piza orders that were done and calling out names. She finally called me around 6:02, my pizza had been sitting on the shelf for over an olhour wile i was setting there waiting for it. By the time they gave me my pizza it was dried out and cold. No one even ate it because it was so dried out. Total waste of time and money. I won’t be going back to this location.

This location is absolutely ridiculous! The guy with the long hair is so rude, he messes orders up and then is rude about it and wants the rest of your food to sit there and get cold while he fixes the messed up part of your order. This is not the first time this has happened and he had the same attitude and outlook the last time this happened.
They have downsized the medium size pizza, it is the size of a small and is not worth the money. I also ordered extra pepperoni and not only did I not get extra pepperoni but I hardly got a regular amount of pepperoni.

Ordered 2 build your own pastas, and barely any meat in it. It’s normally decent portions. But not this time. One had chicken and one had bacon. Both was way less than 1/2 cup .

I guess I know better than to get the garlic bites now. This isn’t even cooked, it’s raw and doughy. Extremely disrespectful workers, Driver must’ve SAT on my pizza or something because it was demolished, the store refused a refund so I spent 3 months back and forth with the corporate Twitter account till they decided to refund me. Don’t waste your time, this location is horrible.
