Vermillion Wendy’s gave me the best ever service. The sandwich was very hot and plenty of onions like I wanted it to be. The lady who took my order was very nice and polite. This particular business restaurant is in a very nice section of Vermilion, Ohio..There a Linwood Private park near that plenty people visit yearly.

The best wendys in lorain county. The one by the college is pretty good to but this one takes pride in how your burgers look. I will drive farther away to get a sandwich from here rather than lorain/amherst Wendy’s.

So much improvement after the last year. Before they hired all new staff, it seemed like nothing was good and was always nasty when we got it. Now after finally getting new staff and more compensation to the employees, the quality of service, food, and experience is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful. There food is fresh anytime of the day now. They never forget anything and the customer service is outstanding. Compared to the Other fast food restaurants in Vermilion, this is definitely top teir. I would choose this Wendy’s over any of them now.

I asked them to turn cold air off in dining room, she said it’s automatically on. I told her I guess we won’t be back in the fall/ winter. She didn’t seem to care.

We are from out of the area so when we went in a bit before 8pm we ordered our food and sat down to eat even though they gave us a to go bag. Then I went up to get dessert. Two employees making food one handing out orders just stared at me but said nothing. Finally an employee mopping the lobby came up to me and let me know the lobby closed at 8pm. We couldn’t order more we’d have to go through the drive thru. Seriously? That’s so early to close then make me go through the drive thru? Yeah I didn’t and I won’t return to this location.

One of the nicest fast food restaurants I have ever visited. Staff was friendly, food was hot and good. Manager walked around talking to people. Everything was clean and nice!
