and friendly service. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, the ingredients taste high quality, and the portions are generous. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well put together, whether it was a classic deli sandwich, a hot option, or a lighter choice.

The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, making it an easy place to stop for a quick lunch, meet a client, or grab food on the go. The staff is always welcoming and efficient, and even when they’re busy, the service moves quickly. Pricing is fair for the quality and portion size, which makes it an even better value.

It’s a reliable local spot that offers something better than typical fast food, and I’m always happy to recommend it and keep coming back.

Delicious deli with plenty of choices! We tried the lox bagel, Bronx bomber, and the Prime Rib sandwiches. Definitely recommend the Cajun sauce if you like a spicy kick to your sandwich.

I have always loved Heidi’s Deli but I think today was our last time going. The prices have always been high but the sandwiches used to be big. Recently the amount of food has decreased to a point that feels like a rip off. Each of these sandwiches were $13+ prior to paying for a side and drink. My husband, son and I spend $65 for three sandwiches Bummer.

Overpriced disappointe, was my first and last time I will eat here! My ” hot” sandwich was cold and soggy and the side of potato salad was a sick joke it was literally two spoon fulls teaspoon size lol! Subway is better than this place. Do no recommend

The sandwich was large, but overall pretty dry, especially with how much bread there was relative to everything else. Prices are alot more expensive compared to other shops, so it cost ~$17 for a single sandwich. The side of potato salad was good but so tiny! Overall wasn’t impressed and won’t be back as there are better options available for the same price or less.

I came back to this location to give it a second chance. I was not disappointed. The pastrami/eggsalad sandwich was a perfect balance of delicious eggsalad, pastrami, Cajun sauce and bread. I unfortunately don’t have pictures as I devoured it with expediance. Will definitely come back again and again.

This supposed to be an eggsalad sandwich with pastrami. I definitely want to go check the other Heidi’s around the area. The one I live next to in brighton or even the one in the Denver airport would make a eggsalad with pastrami, I wonder if this is what they call shrinkflation….
3 stars for the taste and friendly service, but someone dropped the ball when it comes to making a bay ridge bomber. I hope it is a fluke at this location and not the norm going forward.

Under the new management this place has become quite disappointing. They do not have some of the stuff on the old menu and what you do get is a shadow of what it used to be. Ordered six sandwiches they gave us five of the six and two of the six sides and only one pickle. Came home to realize how ridiculous the servings were of certain pieces of food. I had the Bronx bomber refer to the picture to see how much pastrami was on it. Come on guys what’s going on with you?

$20 for a cold soggy sandwich given to me by a punk kid who with terrible customer service and another customer service worker who couldn’t speak English. Heidi’s used to be the best. Do not go to this location. What a waste!

I recently went to Heidi‘s for three sandwiches. It cost $40 and we were told to pick out some chips and they’ll call our name. After we paid someone came up to us and asked us if he paid extra for our chips? We said that we were told to pick out these chips, but unbeknownst to us, those weren’t the chips that came with our sandwiches. we had already paid. Why didn’t the cashier tell us that at the time of payment? She saw the chips we picked out! I don’t think we are going to go there again! just outrageous prices and we weren’t really treated very nicely with the whole chips incident! To bad, I used to like them….

I’ve been here twice in the last few months and don’t think I’ll be back. The portions are pretty small for the high prices. I paid just under $20 for this tiny breakfast sandwich and smoothie. Pretty pathetic.
