First time ever having Jersey mikes! It was so good!! The lady that greeted us was so nice, helpful and helped my husband figure out the #99?? Lmao i think thats what it was. I also was asking about the red hot sauce that they make there and gave me a sample of that to try as well! Very clean atmosphere! Highly recommend

Of all the Jersey Mike’s I’ve gone into, this is by far the best. Always outstanding service and friendliness, Maddy in particular. My wife has celiac, and Maddy goes out of her way to be sure there is no gluten cross-contamination. It’s a tedious task to stop and wipe everything down but she does it with a smile and always asks how the day is going. Even if it’s not a good day she brightens it up, makes a customer feel welcome and appreciated. I was there Friday night and Maddy, Michael and Brett were fantastic. I can’t say enough about this great crew! Service like this is hard to find nowadays!

Ordered from the app. 2 subs were ready within 10 minutes in a sealed bag. Was in/out in seconds and still thanked for my order. Gorgeous location in new plaza. #4 was absolutely delightful with a crispy hard role and fresh ingredients. #56 on a soft roll is magnificent. For a major chain these sandwiches stack up to any deli! Will definitely be back. Make sure to give them a visit!

There’s no point in having mobile orders if you prioritize in-store customers over mobile customers. Defeats the entire whole purpose and is really ignorant. And food delivery drivers don’t get paid to wait around for you to skip their orders while you make an order for a person inside the store. Completely ignorant.
You need to treat the mobile orders as if the customer is inside the store and make the other person wait just like they should. Make the orders in order and don’t skip them because you’re gonna ruin the whole process and you violate delivery apps terms of service.

This review is a tale of two halves: fantastic service and a truly terrible sandwich. While the staff was outstanding and the restaurant was spotless, the food itself was an incredible disappointment.
I ordered a #10 Tuna Salad sandwich on white with extra veggies. Unfortunately, the tuna salad had a distinctly sour and rancid taste, rendering the sandwich inedible. To be certain, I had my daughter taste it as well, and she confirmed the sourness and immediately spit it out.
Upon closer inspection, I noticed a few issues. Unlike other Jersey Mike’s locations where the tuna salad is stored in a sealed, airtight container, this one was in a small, uncovered tub in the delicatessen cooler. This improper storage seemed to be the source of an excessive amount of moisture and water in the tuna, which also contained large, un-diced chunks of celery. This combination of improper storage and preparation was quite concerning from a food safety perspective.
I genuinely hope the management addresses these food storage and preparation issues to match the high standards of their hardworking staff and the cleanliness of their store.

Amazing service here! I visited 4/27/25 around 1pm. My first time trying Jersey mikes and the assistant manager was very kind in regards to going over the highlights of the menu. I got a chipotle cheese steak, and I have to say it was the best Philly I’ve had in the Shelby area. They have a wide variety of chips and desserts here as well. They were pretty busy as it was lunch rush time, and all of the staff were working like a perfect symphonic orchestra with smiles on their faces, you don’t see that often now a days at most restaurants you visit. I will most definitely be frequenting this store more often for another 10/10 Philly.

The most delicious sandwiches are the ones made by shi! I think her positivity not only makes my day better but also the taste of the food which is already the freshest around. The Community here truly feels like a family & it’s a great place to frequent. They NEVER MISS. Great team, great food and i love that there’s a TJ MAXX next door <3

New location but the food is what you expect from a Jersey Mikes. Fresh and delicious. Staff here seems very friendly, even for a place who generally has good staff. They ask about your day and try to make small talk while making sandwiches. Welcome addition to Shelby/Washington township.
