Rio Steakhouse & Bakery was a cozy, delicious, and kind establishment. My lady and I enjoyed their Brazilian Style meal with very tasty cuts of meat and sides. You serve your own plate at your pace, and your comfort. Staff was helpful and they kept great professionalism. There is also a phenomenal bakery which offers freshly baked breads, cakes and pastries. Available to all guests as well was a loaded bar equipped to accommodate your requests. Over all Rio Steakhouse & Bakery provided us a great night out and we hope to return soon. Whether you want a meal with some constituents, a lover, or family – Rio has what you need.

The food is wonderful here! If you love steak and feel that steak loves you back then this is the place for you. This may be my 4th time here and the food is wonderful, but it has been a long time. Seconds became my must.
Having them slice choice cuts from the meat right off the grill in front of you is delightful. Along with the well stocked buffet of other choices to allow some fruit and veggies as a portion of life is fantastic.

The food is better value than Fogo which is known to be overpriced. The meats were delicious but on the saltier side. The other food items were pretty good too. Even though it’s a higher price than the typical cheap buffet, the meat selection makes the price worth it. I noticed that desserts are not included with the buffet which is odd.

We came here based on a recommendation from a friend. It was not good. We have a Brazilian steakhouse in Chattanooga called Rodizio and it is so much better. Rio is cheaper ($23.99 for lunch) than Rodizio ($49.99 for dinner), but I would pay the extra. We drove down from Chattanooga to try this place and hang out in the area for the day. We would not come back, even if we lived in the area.

Pros: staff was nice. The girls at the bakery were friendly and gave recommendations. The atmosphere is casual. Everything looked clean.

Cons: most of the meat was well done and very dry. All of the meat had the same flavor and it was a pretty strong flavor (tried the pork belly, brisket, top sirloin and picanha). The hot bar items were just okay. My husband is a meat eater and he only got one plate of meat. For him not to go back for more really says something. We bought two items from the bakery (slice of strawberry tres leches cake and a caramel swirl thing, sorry I don’t remember what it was called). The desserts *looked* amazing, but the ones we got were dry. The cake slice was the better of the two, but it was also dry. We only took one bite of the other dessert and left it.

My husband said his favorite thing was the fresh cucumber slices. It just wasn’t our thing and we won’t be back.

This is my first one star review! So sad to have to do this but, what a waist of time! I ate here one time a few years back when my husband and I were dating. The meat was alright and the options were not overwhelming but with a good traditional variety of entres. I did like the vibes and atmosphere. You get your own food . Now, I have two kids with meu marido and I called to make an order today. I speak to three different people all who weren’t able to help me place an order. They spoke English, Português and Spanish to me. I tried speaking in Português and English. Rio employees, if you need to take an order and the place is loud, then get somewhere to be able to hear me to take the order so I don’t have to repeat myself to three different people.
I have better luck with Goianao Brazilian Bakery and Brazilian Bakery Cafe both in Marietta, GA.

Rio Steakhouse and Bakery is an absolute gem and a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff who clearly take pride in what they do.

The steakhouse side is outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful cuts of meat that are juicy and expertly seasoned. Every bite tastes fresh and high quality, and the portions are generous. The sides complement the meals beautifully and are just as well-prepared.

And then there’s the bakery… wow. The baked goods are phenomenal—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing something sweet or savory, you can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. It’s impossible to leave without taking something home.

Service is fast, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the entire experience even better. Whether you’re stopping in for a full meal or just a bakery treat, Rio Steakhouse and Bakery delivers excellence across the board.

Highly recommended—this place easily earns five stars and keeps me coming back!

Rio Steak House and Bakery was absolutely delicious — everything we tried was amazing. What I loved the most is that you get to choose the exact cut of meat you want and the amount you prefer, which makes the experience feel very personalized. The passion fruit mousse desserts were incredible — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. On top of that, the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Came here with my dad who is a Brazilian steakhouse aficionado and it passed his test. It had all kind of key varieties of meat and everything was fresh and of high quality.
