This place is such a gem. The concept is Indian fusion with Mexican influences, and it works beautifully. The flavors lean predominantly Indian, but the Mexican touches—like fresh pico de gallo—add a really fun and unique twist. One of my favorites was the naan tacos, which were incredibly creative and packed with flavor.
I also tried the loaded fries, which were done Indian-style and full of bold, delicious spices, and the mango drink from India was the perfect pairing—refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet.
On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The owner was genuinely welcoming and even let me try samples, which honestly sold me right away. You can tell he truly cares about the food and the experience he’s giving customers.
Overall, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the owner is such a cool, passionate person. I really hope to see this business continue to grow because it absolutely deserves the support. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve never really had Indian food and they guys there were very friendly and inviting. Offering samples of various things I had the nann tacos. OMG if you haven’t had it get here as soon as possible I will certainly be back and will tell everyone who will listen. You NEED to try this

Where do I begin?? The aromas that emanate from this place, are simply divine. The owner, offered many samples, but I went with the Butter Chicken 2.0, and I’m glad I did. The flavors are drool worthy. Well paired ingredients delight.
My wife ordered the Birria Fries and hasn’t stopped exclaiming since her first bite. We cannot recommend this place enough. Not only is the food fantastic, but the owner was wonderfully personable and friendly.
It really made for a great experience.

I ate here today for the first time and it was honestly amazing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, especially for someone who doesn’t eat Indian food all the time. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered samples, which I really appreciated.

We have followed them since they were a local food truck. The build your own concept is great and everything we have tried has tasted wonderful. It’s truly a fusion between Indian and Mexican food and a great intro to Indian food if it’s something new to you. You should 100% go try out this local business

The food was insanely good and the best Indian food that I’ve had here in Amarillo. everybody was super nice and kind and the chipotle style set up made it feel easy and quick to know what you want, try what you want, and get what you want. it being in a mall is a disservice to it but a joy for those that stop by. truly more people should eat here. not pricey compared to other Indian places in the area and was a filling meal and with the container you get it in you can save more for later or even save it for a meal at work/school. if you haven’t had Indian food before and are looking to try it this is now my new first recommendation.

Rotor City is the kind of place that makes you want to leave a review immediately. I was picking up food for a friend who just had a baby in the hospital, and the staff was so thoughtful. Buttered chicken is normally something I have to take home because it doesn’t always sit well—he explained how he makes it and gave me a small sample. It was delicious and actually felt great on my stomach. The kindness + the food = 10/10.
