I tried this fish for the first time. The catfish nuggets were awlful.They leave the black skin on their catfish nuggets. People I have eat tons of Mississippi Delta Catfish. Take the time to scrape that black sheath skin off and your fish would sell more fish. My nuggets tasted like MUD. GET THE FILLETS THE SEASONING IS GOOD BUT MUDDY TASTE TURNED ME OFF. NOW I KNOW WHY I HAD NOT HEARD OF YOUR FISH HOUSE IN 18 YEARS OF BEING IN DALLAS FORT WORTH.. SCRAPE THAT BLACK OFF OR WIPE IT OFF WITH A TOWEL IT WORKS AND WILL CHANGE YOUR FISH SELLS.
