Ordered delivery. Showed delivered 15 minutes before it actually arrived. My wife called and they acted like they couldnt here her and when i called they acted like they were transfering me to the store but rang for 5 minutes before the order arrived and i hung up food was exceptional but this kind of customer service is ridiculus just to beat a corporate objective they had us beleiving they delivered to the wrong address

Quality control is lacking at this location and accountability. If you get a delivery make sure you check it’s right before they leave. I paid $35 for cheese stick and 3 topping large pizza. I got cheese sticks and 1 topping pizza. Called talked to the manager to get credit for the 2 toppings that were missing. Of course over the phone they said they would do it and of course they didn’t. So bye bye Pizza Hut, worst service ever over a few dollars for toppings. Do better and do what you say you are going to do!

We went for a late dinner before 12 am the night before the 12th, grabbed the $20 deal with two pizzas wings and cinnamon bread. Once we got to our hotel we find NO RANCH in any of our pizza boxes or in the bag, only 6 wings when we opened the container when the commercial said 8. Waisted our meal and didn’t even enjoy it one bit.

I had a very disappointing experience. On 01/01/2026. I called to place an order, and just before finishing, I politely asked the employee to give me one second to confirm what I was ordering. Instead of waiting or responding professionally, she hung up on me.

It took this location 3 times to get my pizza right. First one I got the charcoal special. Second one arrived a little better,but still burnt. How did my husband’s pizza come out normal and mine burnt?! They definitely ruined my love of pizza for me for awhile.

This place gave me and my whole family food poisoning we ordered 3 pizzas 2 with pepperoni and sausage and one BBQ with pineapples and black olives yesterday and we are now all sick in every way stomach related DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLY SICK! Its been over 24hrs amd we are still feeling aweful!

I mean all you do is walk in and pick up your order to go. The service was running slow, and the counter girl was not very pleasant. The pizza however was great. I don’t know what they are doing differently, but the last 2 pizzas I have gotten were great. Almost as good as I remember from when I was a kid. Perfectly crisp on the bottom with pillows soft inner crust, not too much sauce but plenty of cheese and toppings. If you haven’t had pizza hut in a while, I suggest giving it another go!!

Love this location. Food is always on point. Wings need a little shake to get the sauce on everything. But so far I’ve not been disappointed. Norris was awesome with delivery today. Pizza is hot and fresh. Kids are happy. Look at all that cheese!

Ordered online 12:20pm. I walked in and there were 3 workers chatting, they never acknowledged me but i knew they heard my walk in due to the bell on door. I seen my name was on the screen saying ready so I waited at the counter. A couple minutes passed and still no one acknowledged me. I then yelled out hello still no one said anything even though they were literally 15ft away with their backs turned away from me. I waited a little bit more and still no one came so I left. Good thing I chose pay in store. This location has rude workers and terrible customer service. I will not be back to this location!!!
