This location at Exchange Place is a great spot for a quick and quality coffee fix. I ordered ahead on the app and my drink was ready right on time. The pick-up process was smooth and efficient.
The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which is always a nice way to start the day. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the lack of indoor seating. However, they have an outdoor seating area, which offers a really pleasant view of the waterfront. It’s a perfect place to sit and enjoy your drink on a nice day.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The staff does a phenomenal job every single time, and it’s truly my favorite Starbucks because of them. Their energy, kindness, and positivity are unmatched, and they genuinely know how to turn your whole day around.
As someone who’s often on the way to work, that warm welcome, a smile, or a simple “have a good day” makes such a big difference, and this team never misses. Their professionalism shows in every drink they make — consistently delicious, accurate, and prepared with real care. Despite the crowds, the staff stays upbeat, attentive, and wonderfully customer-focused. Claudia sets the tone, and her team truly shines. The baristas are consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, even during the busiest rushes. Food, sevice and the atmosphere were great, but unfortunately you can’t go to toilet and there is no car park… I do recommand if you don’t mind and you wanted to drink or eat not go to toilet.

I’m a regular runner in the area and pass this Starbucks at Exchange Place constantly. I decided to stop in yesterday for a treat and ordered a dry cappuccino. If you drink these, you know how difficult they are to make correctly. To my surprise, the barista made it absolutely perfect on the very first try! It’s rare to find that level of skill, as I often have to send them back elsewhere. This store is definitely worth the trip!
