Alia and Macy or Grace I possibly have the second name confused however I had a great experience with these two young ladies. You can definitely see that they are changing things at this location because in the past I have had nothing but terrible experiences. In the past I have experienced horrible customer service with a girl by the name of Ryan, who basically argue back and forth using terrible profanity and the worse customer service you could ever imagine I noticed she was their this evening however she kept her distance and just smirked and walked away! I would definitely want to speak to the manager about this incident.

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie today and was greeted warmly, which I appreciated. I ordered my smoothie but forgot to ask if it was dairy-free. When I checked, I was told it was made with bananas, peanut butter, ice, and sugar. I asked, “Sugar? Is it raw sugar?” and the young lady hesitated before saying yes. I was a bit surprised because I didn’t realize sugar was added to their smoothies.
Still, I was craving that peanut butter smoothie I’d enjoyed before — it was so good last time — so I decided to give it another try.
Unfortunately, when I got to my car and drove off, I took a sip, it wasn’t as creamy as I remembered. It was very icy, and I could actually taste the sugar granules. I didn’t feel like driving back, but I have to say, this experience was highly disappointing compared to my past visits.
I hope next time the quality and consistency are closer to what I’ve come to expect from Tropical Smoothie.

I ordered the TURKEY BACON RANCH and a Mango Magic smoothie. They were out of bacon but it was still really good. Highly recommend anyone bring by and giving them a try. The cashier Taray was really nice.

Walking in I was greeted within 15 seconds it was a professional vibe the young ladies were very knowledgeable and were nice with lovely smiles which normally when you deal with young folks they are rude or don’t acknowledge guest when they walk in… I only ordered a smoothie, was in and out within minutes…very clean place
