The waitress brought us iced croissants that were under cooked, and wanted sweet tea and brought us regular. We had to wait alot. I ordered the Pecan Salad it was filled with mostly white lettuce with brown edges, and bad tomatoes. We will not return.

Wanted to give my kudos to my server, Ree (Regan), she was very sweet and personable. Made the experience very lovely and made sure all our needs were met. She was very kind to us and the other people she was taking of.
Adam, the visiting manager, also came to visit and say hi. Funnily enough, he’s the GM at the Cheddar’s from where I reside! Crazy to have seen him a ways’ out on a little camping trip. But again, he was very sweet and attentive!
Cheddar’s is delicious. Ambience is relaxing and EVERYONE needs to order their Painkiller!!!!

We love eating at Cheddar’s when we travel especially if there is one with proximity of where we visit.
This restaurant was busy and clean. Everyone you encounter was polite, smiling and busy working. This location appears to run well and the employees appeared happy.
I was a bit disappointed with my fish and chips. It just seemed as if it wasn’t cooked all the way. I will take some of the blame because I usually tell the waiter or waitress to cook my fish a bit longer. This time I forgot and my meal was just ok. Therefore, I picked off it and ate the crispier parts
Other than the above mentioned, everything was great! Kudos to Alana for taking great care of us, checking in on us regularly , refilling our tea without us asking, and making sure we understood how to cash-out at our table.

I ate at Cheddars many times before but I cannot recommend this location.
We arrived around 7:00pm on Sunday and even though half the restaurant was empty we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get seated.
We told the hostess we would like a booth but she gave us a table in the middle of everybody. We asked her again to give us a booth like we requested (there was literally like 10 empty ones behind us) but she just brushed us off saying there isn’t enough waiters there.
Fine. Then after waiting about 10 minutes for our waiter we ordered. When my food came out it barely had any of fries. I get more fries in McDonalds….
The food also was plastic tasting, nothing special.

They’ve always had a good experience at Cheddar’s at least with the food we’ve had some questionable service in the past. Sadly today we kind of ran into the same thing.
Gave order, runner delivered, meal came, cfs came incorrect, runner corrected, loaded baked potato had only cheese & sour cream ( ok they changed loaded) but inside of potato cold. Had to ask for water refill did not get checked on other than that. Asked for boxes at this time. Mgr came ask if things ok, told her potato cold inside she offered to get another, we declined as we were leaving. Servers walked past 3 times checking table behind us and did not bring boxes. Ask boxes again got them from server.
Sadly this will be the last time.
For over $50 for two lunch plates and an appetizer they should do better. I understand service works for tips however when they don’t do anything and other people deliver to their tables they really don’t earn anything.

The food was AMAZING! Outstanding service from our server Adam, he checked on us several times and was very helpful and quickly provided refills and whatever we requested. The Manager Brittany was super friendly and very sweet I will definitely come back to eat in again.
