Went by drive thru tonight 1-17-26 at 9:48 pm. Ordered three beef crunchy taco Supremes add fresco, three beef soft taco Supremes, one cinnamon twist and a large Pepsi and mild sauce. We got three beef, soft tacos add fresco, three beef soft taco supreme, and no mild sauce. All the food was sloppy and I had no hard tacos! This is why we never eat out! Thanks for the not so great service and incorrect order.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon. There were four of us. So decent size ordered. I had to get up and check on our order. I guess new girl was being trained with another associate. Which is fine everyone needs traing. But 30 ish min to get out food?? Younger lady came up to counter and asked if I needed help. Proceeded to tell her and she immediately went to help with our order. I wish I knew her name she was very sweet. The older lady however was basically yelling at the trainee! I guess point to make is that you need to put people in training with better people.

Dunnellon’s Taco Bell is always a hit. I’ve never had problems with my orders there and the service has always been top notch. Maybe I’ve gotten lucky but I’ve never had an incorrect order and they’re always speedy. Plus, I love the unique mural on it’s outside wall. If you travel through Dunnellon FL and need a quick bite to eat and enjoy taco bell- I highly recommend Dunnellon’s Taco Bell.

I rarely rate one stars but I cannot with this Taco Bell. I came a week ago and had problems with their app not putting my order in for 20 mins and that was its own issue. I swore I was never going to use the app again but decided to give it another try and do what the employee told me to do the time before to make it more smooth. Essentially what happened was I put my order it at the store and it estimated me a 20 mins ago wait time even though they were dead and I hand to cancel it, reorder, etc. so I put the order in while I was leaving the grocery store since I was told the orders are on a “ready time” and it can take a minute. They estimated that wait at 6 minutes so I’m not sure about why the times were so different. So I get to the store and I don’t see my order under the pick up area so I wait.. and I wait… and I wait. Literally 25 minutes from when I ordered until this point. I’m standing right in front of the mobile order area. Employees are looking at me, no one says anything to me, they are taking other people orders, and I’m just waiting. Mind you, I had groceries in the car and my two young children who were with my husband screaming. The Hispanic lady that took their order before I asked had a HORRIBLE attitude. She was not only rude to me, the gentleman before me who had to wait forever to get his order taken and only order to tacos. She was so incredibly rude she needs to be coached in customer service. Anyway, I ask about my order and THEY PULL IT OUT FROM UNDER THE MOBILE ORDER PLACE. So this whole time I was waiting my order was sitting right there!!!!! I mention it to the lady that I had been waiting forever and she blew me off and was SO rude. I left the store very upset so I decided to call and talk to the manager. The manager apologized and told me there was a ton of theft so they keep the mobile orders under the counter. I explained to her that so many employees looked at me but not one person said anything to me, and how am I to know their process when I’m standing right in front of the mobile pick up area?? I mean basic customer service would be to ask what I need after 5 mins, let alone 20. Needless to say when I got my food it was completely cold, and my kids were screaming their heads offs. I absolutely detest this Taco Bell and would rate 0 starts if I could. The woman working the counter was awful, the mobile ordering system was awful, two times the charm I guess. Corporate needs to reach out to me over this as I have sent several complains in.

Thank God for door dash. We order here a few days a week. Breakfast is always good but the afternoon/night manager is awful. Today it was spicy double steak burrito yet no jalapenos on the outside, and my burritos had hardly no beef. Thanks to door dash I got my money back. When I order they couldn’t care less when they mess up. It’s cheap food, get it right for the premium prices you charge! It’s literally night and day between who runs breakfast and who runs dinner .

We only go to this Taco Bell during the day in hopes that we come across Gabriel. He is such a friendly face and offers great customer service and always with a smile on his face. Great asset to have and the reason we keep returning.

Everytime i have eaten here i have gotten food poisoning. I have never had that issue in any other taco bell. The food tastes like if they literally rubbed it in a garbage can and today i decided to give them another chance and go figure.. im currently writing this sitting on my toilet with a bucket to throw up in on my lap. DO NOT GO HERE!

Once again this Taco Bell has disappointed us with the lack of decent food quality. We bought a taco party pack and I have Never seen tacos as flat as the ones we got. Very little meat, no lettuce, little cheese and forget tomato like they used to have on them, that is non-existant now. Twenty-six dollars for flat, almost tasteless tacos. This will be our last purchase from them.

Every time Wendy’s for sure messes up my food and are always rude but taco bell in Dunnellon are fast, pleasant, and always make sure the food is right and that we have extra sauces one of the better restaurants to eat out at in Dunnellon for sure and I never entirely liked taco Bell when I was younger but due to treatment from other places this by far is one of the best I have been going here more and more just because the service is ten times better!
